Very Kind, & Gentle. Went the extra mile to explain & help understand my current dental situation & ways to solve, along w/ the things I need to get done next. Gave me extra time & care during my appointment to make sure I was set when I left. I’m very grateful & appreciate the time they gave me. Particularly thankful for the person who took care of me at my visit as she helped give me a partial cleaning at no expense as I was in need of it. I left feeling very good about my situation & the outlook I have going forward. Wish they could be my regular dentist 🙇🏼‍♂️ thank you to the whole team at The Rhinebeck Office. Thank You Very Much !

I booked my appt 3 months in advance and they cancelled on me the day before because they’re “going through a transition period” and didn’t have a dentist available to see me.Letting me know less than 24 hours before my appointment was really awful. Especially when they knew I was seeing them for dental pain.UPDATE: In a further demonstration of how unethical this dental practice is, they have lied in their response below and likely violated my HIPAA rights.I left the above review two weeks after they cancelled on me and I heard nothing from them during that time. Then, after I posted the review, they started calling and texting me saying they could (all of the sudden) get me in. The owners exact words were: “I would really like to talk to you about this because I do not want us to have a negative review.” They knew I was upset with how they handled things because of my response after they cancelled the appointment with less than 24 hours notice - they just chose to do nothing about it until my complaint became visible to prospective patients.I would never trust someone so unprofessional handling my dental work.

Dr. Mansaur and the team at Sunshine are literal SUNSHINE! They are so knowledgeable, kind, and helpful. Ashley, Jenny, and Heather are amazing!!! Everyone is so passionate about helping their clients get their dream smile. I was introduced to SPARK (an invisilign alternative) and LOVED IT! I was able to send mobile scans from home, reducing the number of office visits. As an adult, this made my treatment so smooth! I am extremely happy with my results. I highly recommend Sunshine for all of your oral needs!

I absolutely love the care that my 3 children get at Sunshine Orthodontics. The ladies there are amazing and friendly. The Dr. is also great. He communicates well with the kids and parents on what needs to be done, is very nice, and all around great person. 2 of my children recently finished their braces treatment and I couldn’t be more happy with the results. Sunshine Smiles have given us an amazing braces experience! Dr. Mansour and his staff have been nothing short of amazing the entire treatment time. When we have had an issue, Dr. Mansour has come in on his day off to accommodate us. All the ladies have been amazing during treatment, making sure our son was comfortable with all adjustments at every visit. Their offices are beautiful as well!! I’ve always been extremely conscious of the gap I have. I’ve always wanted to close them without spending an arm and a leg and not have to worry about going through a long process. I was referred to Sunshine by my sister who started the process before me. I was impressed by the progress of the Invisalign’s and decided to do it for myself. I went to the Kingston location and from the minute I walked in to the end of my treatment process the journey was amazing! The staff here are EXTREMELY friendly not only to the patients but to each other as well which goes to show they enjoy their job. The music they played were super amazing and the environment was just relaxing and calm. I come here after a stressful day at work just so I can relax and get my teeth taken care of. It took my only 7 months to complete a treatment that would’ve taken a year or 2. I loved every moment of it. I would recommend getting Invisalign’s to every person no matter how bad your teeth may be and they work With you every step of the way. If I could do it all over again.. would I do anything different? Yes.... START THE PROCESS SOONER! Sunshine Ortho is simply AMAZING!!!!!!

Dr Mansour and his dedicated staff are truly amazing., and by far the best Doctors office of any kind I have ever been to. They are friendly, relaxed and highly competent and want only to do their best to give you the best smile possible all while making you feel so comfortable. I wish I could give them a 10 star rating as they are just fabulous. Truly the best!

My whole family went to this orthodontist for quite a while and the people that work there is amazing there are all very kind and alway motivated for a new patient to come in and they can speak Spanish and English for the people that come in plus they take their time on the patient to make their teeth better so I recommend to everyone to come here because they are the best.
