This is the most professional and caring Dental office! They really know what they are doing! Did not feel a thing!

I was a new patient here, and processing of everything was efficient and smooth. Staff was friendly and efficient. Dr. Shih was helpful in clarifying all the procedure taken and explaining the condition of my teeth along with his advice for improvement. Would recommend!

This was my second visit to see Dr. Moazami and I continue to be very impressed with Dr. Moazami and her staff. They really know their stuff and this is one of the best dental practices I have experienced! I had to drive 2 hours from Port Orchard in heavy traffic to get to Dr. Moazami’s office for a 20 minute office visit to get a CT scan, but well worth the trip. I need to have an implant for tooth #14 and based on my first visit re: tooth extraction and this second visit, I just don’t think any other dentist is better qualified than she is to do this work. Dr. Moazami clearly explained the implant procedure and abutment and crown considerations/durability; she addressed all of my concerns. I highly recommend Dr. Moazami!

I was very frustrated. I understand about having no power after the bomb cyclone but…I was very frustrated that no attempt was made to contact me about your closure. Even if you didn’t have access to my phone number, someone should’ve made the effort to put a sign on your office door explaining that. I had an 8:00 appointment, called repeatedly to check if my appointment was cancelled, then drove to your office. Your assistant showed up late, put no sign on your door and didn’t seem to even be apologetic for wasting my time. Frustrated and disappointed, Pearl Stokes

My spouse and I both love LW Dental, Alaleh Moazami and Dr Shih DM. All the dental assistants are wonderful as is the office. I highly recommend LW Dental. My family wouldn't go anywhere else.

I highly recommend like Washington Dental. Dr. Alaleh Moazami, and her receptionist Rihanna.. They provided me with all the information I needed, including rough estimate pricing before I came in and a more accurate estimate after my visit. I had questions before I came in and on the way suddenly realized I needed directions. Rihanna either answered the phone or got back to me immediately. Dr. Moazami was kind, friendly, and very knowledgeable. She explained the procedure, what to expect and answered all my questions thoroughly and made sure that I understood I will definitely be going back to see her for all my dental needs.

Very welcoming experience. The Doctor didn't really listen to my needs. Even if I had explained previous work done, she disregarded it and assumed things to be from her assumptions. I got 2 implants, one was discolored and did not match my teeth at all and they both were EXTREMELY small. So, it didn't get rid of the empty space. She then tried to offer me to pay $1000 more for a new crown. The implant was the whole reason. I had to come back from Seattle for her to redo one of the 2 1/2 veneers she put in because it didn't look polished. 3 weeks after, one veneer fell out and I tried to communicate needing it replaced but never got a response. Now I have constant anxiety about the other one falling out. 5/10 experience for me. I thought this would be a POC friendly place but it just seemed she didn't care to give me this great work all these "reviews" are claiming. Great music and customer service though! I spent almost $8000 I almost wish I spent more somewhere else.
