Moved to Florida from up North. Was looking for continuation of services for my daughter's braces treatment. Had a couple bad experiences with local orthodontists as they were giving us a plan as if we were to start fresh while my daughter was already 14 weeks into the treatment. Was worried abt the cost and luckily found orthodontist specialists of Florida and am happy with their treatment plan. Can't wait for her to have her come off of braces!!!!

One thing I HATE about this place is that being on the phones they need to be more professionals.! When I have called multiple times they pick up and right away put you on hold to listen to that damn music! Number 1 thing they teach you either at MA school or dentist is when you pick up a call you say thank you for calling. And you please hold and wait for a response!!! It's not hard to be profesional

The team at this location is always welcoming and ready to assist. Rachel the receptionist is always pleasant, and has the best smile. All of the orthodontics are professional and really care about their patients. There is a great diversity here and I always feel the caring value. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. You will not be disappointed.

Rachel, has been with office a few years. As relatives has informed me.She’s very shallow and condescending. Her approach is non manner-able.She lacks professionalism most of the time unless the patient is Hispanic.Outside of Rachel , this place is amazing and very affordable.

Bad experience. The lady named R.D. made it too harsh on me to remove my girl’s braces. I had to insist in finding a way to sign documents while I was working, that my girl had to wait to January. Finally, there was a solution and we could do it. It wasn’t necessary to have us go through all that. She surprised us with different fees and requirements. She was not in disposition to help us solve our situation.

We've been coming to this office for years and have no complaints. The staff is very knowledgeable, efficient and organized. At time they might seem overwhelmed, but never rude.They offer an affordable pricing, you can pay in full get a discount or make a down payment and pay approx 139$ a month, they do offer discounts for referrals so take advantage. They do take insurance but you'd have to ask personally.

My experience was horrible, a terrible disorganization, they give me an appointment at an hour one day before, they raise the hour earlier, I arrive at my appointment, 20 people passed me before, the worst thing is when they call me to tell me that they cannot attend you because the office is full After the Dr is full, after the computer doesn't work, a summary of a thousand shields went to the person who gave it, not to the person who received it, a horror service. They give me a referral where they send the doctor not to the treatment I had to look for and get the service on my own. That office is production, not quality. Not a bad thing, don't come, look for another Dr and it was the best, excellent quality of service. I didn't need the CT since there is a Dra who knows what she is doing and with a panoramic view, in case of my daughter, the change and quality of service is noticeable .
