I can't express how happy I am with this office. My youngest son is autistic & Dr Amy & her assistant Aimee did such an amazing job with my son ! I am a registered dental assistant myself & the care with efficiency this staff showed my son I AM BEYOND IMPRESSED. I feel at easy knowing I have a office that i know can handle my sons & his needs.

Every time we take our kiddos to Children's Happy Teeth, La Mirada, they always treat the kids with care and consideration. They understand some procedures or tasks are scary or new to them, and are very patient with them. The dentist takes time to explain any recommendations or anything they see needs to be take care of. I love how the waiting room has entertainment for them, along with the movies they play while in the exam rooms, and then you end your visit with a toy! I have referred friends and family because this is a great children's dentistry.

My Daughter enjoys coming to children’s happy teeth. She says they make her feel safe and she isn’t scared because they are making her teeth happy. As a parent bringing my daughter to this location. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They make sure to explain any treatment that needs to be done. We will continue to come here and will recommend to my mom friends. Thank you 😊

My daughter loves Childrens Happy Teeth and looks forward to her visits here since we started coming here. It warmed my heart when my daughter made a bracelet for the sweet and kind dental assistant, Nicole, who has helped us in our previous visits. She made a strong impression on my daughter, and I am very pleased with the level or care and professionalism shown at this practice but especially with Nicole for making my daughters dentist appointments something to look forward to instead of something to fear. As a mother, this is something I am grateful for, wonderfully kind staff who treats my child with love and patience. Highly recommended, super welcoming environment and staff to little ones. All the stars!

I would DEFINITELY recommend Childrens Happy Teeth. Before having children I use to take my nephews to their dentist appointments. I dealt with a shady office and staff who promised specific treatment only to day of change the plan and attempt to kick me out the room because my nephew was screaming and crying hysterically of fright. Their reasoning was that he had behavioral issues and noticed when family was around he would throw tantrums to manipulate his way. I made sure they never went back.Years later, after having children of my own, I was hesitant to take my children anywhere after past experience. A parent to 5 children who have needed treatment themselves, I was recommended to CHT by my best friend where she takes her own kids. She mentioned of a pediatric office with a welcoming atmosphere. The staff is friendly, and always break down information thoroughly. All Doctors are professional and handle all pediatric patients equally and respectfully like if they were their own.The first treatment my children received, my daughter was fearful of not knowing what to expect. When she began to not take, the Doctor paused and politely asked if I would like to stop and reschedule or change treatment plan to not traumatize my child's experience. I felt so relieved not having to step in as if they were reading my mind.I recommend CHT as one of the best pediatric dental offices. I have referred my sister in law here and would continue to refer others to bring their children here. I never thought I'd see the day that my children would bug me about whens their next appointment.Thank you CHT for all the pleasant visits.

Best Dentist for kids!! My daughter had a dental emergency at night and was able to get in the very next morning with no issues. The Doctors are amazing and so patient and helpful. The staff is kind and made my kids feel safe and calm. The waiting room has iPads and a tv for the kids. Of course the best part was getting to pick out a toy at the end!

My daughter has been coming toHappy Teeth, since she was 2. The dental assistants are very nice and gentle while cleaning and taking X-rays of her teeth. The dentist’s we have seen, were very nice, and made my daughter feel comfortable. The dentist’s explain everything they are doing and talk to the patient to ease their fears. I also like that you can accompany your child back to see the dentist, ( even sit in the dental seat with them) Great dental office!

I am deeply saddened to have to give a terrible review for this location. My daughter was referred here for a simple procedure in March. When I called to follow up in April, they claimed to have never gotten referral. I took it personally and it took them another 2 months to schedule a consultation (June). I was informed in June they had submitted a pre-authorization to my insurance. When I called again early July (remember, they never follow up), they told me the insurance had not yet approved nor denied. When I asked them to follow up with insurance they said "we cannot because they only accept written mail-in referrals". I was then encouraged to call myself to express urgency (which I did). To my surprise, Metlife informed me Children's happy teeth NEVER submitted a referral. Metlife also assured me they accept electronic referrals and phone follow ups (its 2023 people!). So not only did they lie to me but wasted my time. As a result, my kid continues to have tooth decay!!!! In a nutshell, it's taken Children's happy teeth 4 months and I still do not have an appointment for a simple fill. I called the manager and he wanted to resubmit...lol...and wait another 2 months??? NO! This is not an isolated incident. Something very similar happened last year with another procedure. I was trying to give them a second chance but NO MORE! Take your kids elsewhere...

My kids and I love this place. It’s super kid friendly which make it a calm place for my super scared kids. The drs have been so nice and patient with my boys, even when he refused to open his mouth. Seen Dr Chen today who was very patient and relaxing with my boys. They do what’s best for the child. Would recommend to all. Have yet to had a bad experience here.

So the long story goes like this, this is in a window of about one month:Appointment 1: We show up with our boy, and "they don't have us listed" that we are supposed to come in. I explain to them that I scheduled the appt. last week, and they eventually accommodate a quick appointment to see our son, they tell us to come in for the next visit, and that he needs to come in fasting for a procedure. [Strike 1]Appointment 2: We show up at 1pm for our appointment, and they can't see us again because "the doctor had to go home." Keep in mind the kid hasn't ate all day waiting for this appointment. So I didn't want to, but I scheduled the 3rd appointment anyway because he needs the procedure done. [Strike 2]Appointment 3: We show up again, and AGAIN "they don't have us listed" because I didn't confirm the appointment (which I DID through text the day before). They scramble to fit us in, only to tell us that the doctor that took our insurance "is no longer there" and they cannot take our insurance anymore. Once again the kid was fasting, which if you are a parent you can understand how difficult that is. [Strike 3 you're out!]My main problem is this: WHAT KIND OF "PROFESSIONAL" FACILITY are these people running there!? These people are acting like they messed up our food order or something. These are people's lives/schedules you're messing with. We have to plan our days for these visits.Three appointments scheduled, problems with all three. Needless to say we called our old dentist after this, just have to make a longer drive, but at least there's SERVICE there.

Don’t have time to research every dentist around you?
