Smiles West - La Puente

Smiles West is a partner with the VA Loma Linda Community Care system. I was referred to Dr. Mohammad Sadegh Namazikhah for a root canal. What luck, Dr. Mohammad is an esteemed endodontist with many professional achievements and accolades. I always research medical professionals I'm scheduled to see.I believe the technician who assisted Dr. Mohammad was Giovanni. My apologies if I got that wrong. He was filling in from another office and he is great.Giovanni after putting the X-ray stuffing in my mouth: "I hope that's not too uncomfortable".Me: "Ah-ahg, na, he-da-wah, ni-ni-rarr".Giovanni: "Ok, good".I don't know how long I was in the chair, but it didn't seem very long. Not what I expected. The x-rays, prep, the root canal, and post procedure were done quickly and painlessly. Even the numbing shots didn't hurt.....that much.Dr. Mohammad: "All done".Me thinking they were just getting started: "Huh? All done"?Dr. Mohammad: "Yes. All done".Me to Giovanni: "All done:?Giovanni: "All done".I highly recommend Dr. Mohammad. He is a wonderful gentleman and a true professional. I think he would be an interesting man to talk to.Everyone I encountered at Smiles West La Puente was friendly, courteous, respectful, and helpful. Thank you for a great experience.

Everyone is friendly. Doctors are amazing.I Highly recommend They were able to take me in at the last minute because I was in great pain and needed to be seen. The doctor was very wise and gentle and very professional. The assistant was super nice too. Overall, great experience for my first visit. Smiles west made me feel comfortable..I'm very sad about my teeth.I'm one of those who covers her mouth when she smiles and laughs, now.I was very anxious to have them see my teeth, when i walked in, it didn't take long for them to call my name.They were very pleasant and treated me well enough for me to make me go from anxious to carefree.I enjoyed my first visit. It was a rainy day Dr Michael presented his name which he is not listed on the board. He let me go with pain and without advice neither a written report to go to see an other office.My situation was explained over the phone to the receptionist before coming to the office.They make money for doing nothing.As a doctor should be polite and give a smile as they call themselves Smile West.By the way there is a leak in the office, some big moldy and dirty spot on the ceiling need to be fixed.

I Highly recommend Smile West in La Puente, their Work Is Great, plus All Their Staff Give You Terrific and Friendly Service!!! For the First Time in My Life, I wasn’t nervous or afraid of the Dentist Working On Me, I was relaxed, that means a Lot to me, because I would always felt Tense going to the Dentist!!! Thank You All I’m Very Satisfied!!!

Worst service ever. Horrible place appointment was at 3pm 4 people went in before me with appointments at 430. Not a place I would recommend to anybody with kids. I checked with the nurse 3 times, and I am still waiting. After the 3rd time asking what is going on, I was told they did not enter my name in the computer. 5 minutes from closing. Don't waste your time here.

Had an exam appointment at 10:30 am. I got to my appointment at 10:20 am. I was seated in a room at 10:30 am and was waiting in the chair till 11:20 am. 50 minutes after my appointment time just for the doctor to walk in look at my teeth for maybe 2 minutes and say I need a cleaning. They gave no curticy call saying they were behind an hour, and when i was in the chair waiting no one came in the room for the 50 minutes to let me know they were behind or to apologize for the wait.

The Dentist and staff are very nice and accommodating. They take their time to help you and they let you know what they are going to be doing to your teeth. The Dentist explained very well and make sure he answered all the questions before proceeding. The assistant is very well trained and she explains very well what you need to do next after the procedure.

Took my 3 year old son to this place as he had a bad cavity. The staff was very nice and helpful in creating a plan on what to do. When we showed up, the staff and specialist were kind, described what they were doing throughout the process. It was my son’s first time having anything done to his teeth and the staff assisting the specialist were kind and encouraging to him to help keep him relaxed. We were in and out within 30 min. It was a wonderful experience and we have no complaints. Overall really like this place.

PRO's Great customer service, knowledgeable and always availableCON'S after dropping close to 2,000- i need to complete my crown work with a bridge option so they hit me with a 4,300.00 Estimate for ONE implant and said thats a great deal and should hurry, When asked if they can lower that price a bit they said sure $4200....So if Money is no option and your tree is in high bloom be ready..
