Horrible, horrible experience. Dr. Nieto kept me waiting for over a year for dental implants, constantly cancelling and/or rescheduling only to cancel again. She was not transparent about the process at all and was totally lacking in empathy or urgency despite having kept me waiting that long. I only stayed as long as I did due to it being related to work injury, but after having been strung along for so long I was finally referred to another dentist that had my implants taken care of in less than 2 months. AVOID here if doing any major dental work, just awful.

I’m very sorry to write this review but I hope it can help other people. My experience with Dr. Angelica Nieto was a NIGHTMARE. She insisted to do a crown treatment. She also made me go to another dentist for a root canal evaluation on the same tooth that needed the crown work. When I was there, based on the information Dr. Nieto sent them, they started scanning the wrong tooth. I had to tell them which tooth was the right one. In the end, no root canal treatment was needed. When I went back to Dr. Nieto for the crown treatment, she ended up working on the WRONG TOOTH!!! THIS IS NOT A JOKE! THIS IS FOR REAL! I couldn’t realize she was working on the wrong tooth cause it was next to the right one and she highly sedated the rest of the gum and honestly never in my life something like this happened to me. I’m not supposed to tell a doctor how to do their job, right?! I FELT SO MUCH PAIN FOR WEEKS FOR NO REASON!! I got very scared because a mistake like this is really serious. You don’t know if you can trust that person again. After the mistake she did, she did’t even apologize, saying that wasn’t that bad cause that tooth was cracking anyway. Also she kept canceling appointments for me. I had to wait more that another month for the right tooth to be treated and the same day I was scheduled she canceled the appointment again saying I needed to find another dentist cause my trust in her regards was broken. (I mean…Of course it was broken!!!) I was literally SHOCKED by this unbelievable behavior of hers. She doesn’t know what professionalism, taking responsibilities and above all respect mean. She’s not precise and she forgets things. At this point, after all that happened I don’t think she’s mentally ok to do this job at all. I highly recommend NOT TO TRUST HER!! By the way, I went to another dentist and no crown work was needed at all!!! And I still feel pain on the tooth she did the crown work on...

Nice experience! I have a bad toothache due to a root canal I had 10 years ago at a different dentist office. It got reinfected again and I was given treatment while I get it done.I was a new patient and I was able to be seen the same day I called. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Great experience and service in such short notice.

Worst experience I ever had at a Dentist. Couldn’t understand the Dentist. Communication issues. Drama in the Office. Took over 2 hours for a teeth cleaning. The Dentist had her cell phone with her. Two calls . The X-ray tech did the polishing on the teeth. NO Hygienist in Office. I wanted a referral to my Dentist. NO INK I N THE PRINTER

My husband and I went for a cleaning at Charming Smiles of La Quinta. The dentist and the dental hygienist were both great to work with. They were timely and efficient. I also appreciate when healthcare professionals practice conservatively and don’t immediately jump to various procedures without trying a more conservative approach. That is what I found at this dental practice.

Yes it take time sometimes when the work is well done. I am happy with the staff and Dr. Nieto.She gave me all the time I need, and she explain me all the options I have before start any process.I will recommend Dr. Nieto to my family and friends.

Doctor Nieto is amazing. She listens to my concerns, makes sure I am as comfortable as possible. She is patient, which is really hard to find these days. I suffer from PTSD and she takes her time with me. I never feel rushed or wondering what the next steps are She is thorough and ensures I have a clear understanding of what procurers are needed and why. 10 out of 10!

I recently experienced a dental emergency in the form of a fractured tooth. Not fun, very painful!!! I called my usual dentist and they couldn’t accommodate me within 24 hours so I found charming smiles online. Dr. Angelica saw me almost immediately and she even came in early (630 AM!!!) to perform a tooth extraction. She was very gentle and accommodating to my needs and concerns. If you are looking for a no nonsense easy dental experience without all the rules and heavy intervals between appointments check them out. Thanks Doctor Angelica!

I had a Pleasant experience here at Charming Smiles with Dr.Nieto. I was over do for for my dental service and she just made my experience at her office awesome, Im greatfull with her dental work and she’s very patient, gentle and Informative. Also Yenesia her assistant. If you need any dental services this is most definitely the place to go.
