I just completed Invisalign treatment with Lafayette Orthodontics. I cannot speak highly enough for Dr. Osterman and his wonderful team! I felt a bit conscious coming in for orthodontic treatment as an adult (in my 50's), but I am really glad that I did - and I wasn't the only "older" patient! I wore Invisalign aligners for over a year. I am very happy with the results and highly recommend Lafayette Orthodontics.

This review is specifically for Dr. Sammann who was my ortho many years ago when I was in middle school.Dr. Sammann and his dental assistant (don't recall her name) were very rude and unprofessional. The reason why he got away with treating his clientele like this for so many years is because the majority of us were young kids and we didn't understand how a dental practitioner should treat his patients. Sure, he may have been nice to the parents, but he was unfriendly and inpatient whenever I had an appointment with him. For example, if I didn't turn my head fast enough in the direction that he wanted me to, he and his assistant would complain about how "kids never listen" (?). Also, him and his assistant would regularly speak negatively of his other patients (kids and their parents) while working on my teeth as if I couldn't hear them.Now that I am a dental student myself looking to specialize, I realize how unacceptable the treatment I received at his office was.

We have had a wonderful experience over the past two years at Lafayette Orthodontics. I completely trust Dr. Osterman and his staff to create the most beautiful smile for my family. The staff is fun, friendly, gentle and they always have the patient and their results as the top priority. I've priced out braces at other locations for each of my children and always come back to Dr. Osterman and his office!
