The staff and managers were very nice and professional during all visits. 5 stars‐-----My nightmare experience Dr. CHAMBER. I have had several procedures done by my one and only dentist for the past 30 plus years, unfortunately he has gone to heaven. I regret the day i sat in Chamber's chair. My main reason for the visit was bite adjustment and new partial. Simple right. Not the case at all. DR. CHAMBER zIg zag my top teeth to fit right into the grooves of my bottom teeth. Yes, it is so visible. In my ear Dr. CHAMBER whispered " I will fix it". Remember Doc? My smile goes to the left now, worst than before. My new partial shows the bad work that was done by this doctor.

I give yall 4 stars because the staff was wonderful. But I walked out because insurance was only paying a smudge n not even that much on the work I needed. I cant afford 15,000 all at one time. People just cant afford to get their teeth fixed😢I need a miracle!

The dentist was not personable. Also, WHAT KIND OF DENTIST DOES NOT CLEAN YOUR TEETH!! I called and stated i wanted a teeth cleaning and to check on my wisdom teeth. When i showed up for my appointment I was under the impression thats what would happen. At the end i was told they don’t clean teeth on your first visit . This should of been stated at the time of scheduling.

Y’all I must admit , I was so nervous about going because I’ve always had bad experiences with dentist . Though, I must admit Dr.Nguyen did an amazing job. He is very kind and gentle and talked me through it when I was showing my signs of nervousness. all of the ladies that I spoke with are kind and nice also !!!! What dentist you know tell you what’s going on and complete the work the same day if you want ??? nowhere ! I definitely recommend for anyone to go here!!

came here because it hurt to chew on one side of my mouth and I knew I had a sick tooth.. The provider not only failed to identify the cavity in the tooth that I initially complained about but had me fix other cavities and suggested that my pain was not from the tooth I felt but from an impacted wisdom tooth on the same side.. I trusted the professional and saved up everything I had to relieve this pain/problem I had experienced for over a year with oral surgery… I just wanted to chew on the left side of my mouth… after healing I still couldn’t chew on the left side and switched dentist only to find out I needed a root canal at 21 years old tooth my tooth was gone I cried and cried and still haven’t been able to catch up on my oral health at 26.Please just be aware that just because they are a professional does not mean they have your best interest at heart. This place is the definition of paycheck over passion.This isn’t a rant to be ugly or mean but you NEED your mouth for the rest of your life ... If you pay someone to poke around in it they should care about it like their own. I just don’t want to see this happen to someone else.

The staff was pretty friendly and they were able to see me for an emergency tooth breaking. I gave only 3 stars because I had an appointment at 8:30 am and I didn’t get to leave until 10:30 am after being told that I had to wait to extract my tooth. I def understand waiting to extract my tooth as certain medications I’m on call for it, I just wasn’t expecting to wait 2 hours to be told I’d have to come back. That did leave me a bit frustrated as I had to take off work to be there, however I’ll def try again, my next appointment is in the afternoon so if there is a wait that won’t be an issue. Also, I’m not sure if this is an option or not, I wasn’t offered anything to put on my broken tooth to hold me until the extraction since it does have a sharp edge. That may not have been an option and I didn’t ask so I’ll take responsibility for that. I’m getting something from Walgreens that I hope will work.Even though I wasn’t fully satisfied I am hopeful for my next visit and thank everyone for any help I did receive.

This was my first time ever visiting a dentistry in Lafayette as I jad just moved 6 months ago. I got my root canal treatment done. I had an amazing experience with the doctors especially Dr. Luan. He was extremely cordial and friendly and would keep having fun conversation with me while doing my treatment to make me feel at ease as he sensed I was getting very anxious and nervous . It was a painless procedure. The front desk staff was also very helpful and took extra care of me by calling me post my treatment to check in with me.Only one thing that I feel they could potentially improve upon is giving priority appointments to emergency cases like mine where I had a severe toothache.I was initially given a later appointment. But my pain n infection got worse. So I requested for an early one.Having said that, once they got to know my situation got worse, I was given immediate priority and the service was great!Thank you all for such a great service!

The lady that extracted my tooth did it with out me being full numb. Even hollering and being in tears I was told to not think about the pain. My first experience here was my last. I have had teeth pulled before and I only felt pressure never pain like that. The employees were very professional and sweet. Front desk makes you feel so welcomed.

It’s so sad that the office staff can be so rude to new patients. I have family in their 80’s that had an appointment and was 12 minutes late due to the fact that they were from out of town & did not know the Lafayette area-the receptionist told them they could not be seen because they were more than 10 minutes late. Family told her how they got lost in town-her response” that’s your problem”. Dr. Roy please advise your staff to do better.

Everybody was great. Had a great conversation with my hygienist and I barely realized I had my teeth clean it was so fun.Thanks again!
