Very Very happy with Dr. Ram and Dr. Weiss. Both are very professional and very friendly.

I have to say, they were very nice people, but a small issue occurred and I felt they did not do enough to resolve my issue. I went for a cleaning then set up a crown procedure. After crown was done, I did have some swelling in the eye lids due to their anesthesia but they said to take Benadryl and they would make adjustments for the future. That helped and the swelling soon receded. I had a bite adjustment and then I immediately left for South Carolina. Less than 2 months after, while in SC, the crown falls out. I had to go to a local dentist for re-cement of the crown, which cost me $196. I called Oak Hills prior to going to the local dentist and after I got the bill. I asked that Oak Hills reimburse me for the $196 and this is where they tightened up. They refused to reimburse. I paid Oak Hills thru insurance and out of pocket in total of maybe $3000 plus. This dentist office was so cheap, just for $196, they did not want to take responsibility for a detached crown that they implanted.

Make sure you understand your insurance before calling. My husband called to inquire the process of having an “out of network” insurance, & was very rudely not helped. We ended up calling another office who laughed & said they hear this complaint often. I’ve been a patient for many years with Oak Hill & had no issues leaving since explaining insurance is such an inconvenience to the staff.

If you are looking for a Dentist that you will really like- go here- If you want a hygienist that is professional, courteous, and gentle, request Madison Shingleton- she is the best I have ever used. The dentist’s Dr Ram and Dr Weiss are both awesome- Try them once and you will be glad you did.

I have very high anxiety when I go to the dentist but DR. JOHANN RAMKISSOON was amazing and did a great job. I would highly recommend Oak Hill dental! and the lady that did my cleaning was also amazing!!!

I was very impressed with my 1st visit yesterday. My husband treated very well and felt at ease with Dr.Weiss and the lady who saw assisted him. I also was impressed by Dr. Weiss and my hygenist as well. The office was clean and staff was VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE and ONPOINT!! I look forward to my family comong here now.

I liked Oak Hill Dental at first. They are closed on Fri. I really needed to see my dentist that day. She would not see me. She put me off till the next week. I have not been back. Just try not to have an emergency on the days they are closed.

the staff is very sweet and they follow covid procedures well, i love this place. i've been coming here for the 5+ years, it's great.

I now live in California, went for a dental cleaning. The staff called the dentist in to see the dental work I had done by. Oak hill years ago. She compliments the dentist For an extraordinary job.

Dr. Lorrie and everyone at this practice are the absolute best! Superb dental care and people at their finest.
