I very happy with the 2nd opinion for my son to get his treatment. My insurance did not cover his treatment however I am very happy with the service treatment payment plans and the staff in his they covered my son treatment plan. My son is very happy as I am and now for his treatment journey to brighten his smile with confidence. Thank you staff and Dr for this great experience. Jackie S our treatment coordinator is very helpful and just loved our experience.

This review is Looong overdue! I have been meaning to write this review. I got Invisalign along with my wife and the process really has been seamless. Jackie Shelton has been literally a joy to have met. She has helped me with payments, insurance info, and any and all other questions and concerns I’ve had. Her customer service has been top tier and she is one of the main reasons why I waited to give a solid a review of this place. I’ve been going for a year now and she truly has been an absolute joy to be dealing with. Thank you Jackie for your consistent service and always smiling!

We were referred to this orthodontist by my son’s dentist A Tooth Fairly Dental. The staff was friendly and helpful. My son likes the dentist but was nervous about the thought of braces. My son was born with a cleft lip and incomplete palate and I was worried that he’d need future surgeries. We had our initial appointment today. The orthodontist gave us both relief when he said that it can all be fixed with braces 🙌 I had braces in middle school, they have come a long way since then. Once my son saw that you can change your colors on your braces and such, he seemed a little excited, especially when we were told we didn’t need surgery. I would recommend this orthodontist to anyone in need of braces.

Cool Smiles staff is always so friendly and helpful. The office is very clean and professional inside. The director Jackie, is delightful and ensures I am always taken care of when I can't make my appointments due to work or having to take care of my kids. She is always understanding, helpful and accommodating. Did I mention they always have free ice cream and cold water?! That is helpful for those extremely hot days and when I have to bring my kids to my appointments. Thank you Cool Smiles once again for being so welcoming and helping me with my Invisalign journey. My teeth are looking great as well, I am very satisfied with the orthodontist and the staff!

Staff has always been so friendly, it's clean and quiet inside. Jackie! Love her. My daughter never complains about treatment or being/feeling disrespected or unheard. They listen to her. They always take good care of my baby! We've been coming to Cool Smiles for about 5/6 years I want to say. They always have bottled water too lol just thought I would throw that in.

Cool Smiles Orthodontics was absolutely more than I expected. From customer service, detailed explanations, straight forward payment breakdown. You can tell the staff develops relationships with the patients by how they were greeted. Office is nice and clean. I was surprised how my son opened up and was laughing and talking with the staff, he felt comfortable. I’m so glad I found Cool Smiles Orthodontics.

My 12 year old daughter has been a patient with Cool Smiles since March of this year. This was our first experience with braces and they have taken amazing care of my daughter. The Lake Elsinore location has amazing staff, clean facilities, super welcoming and the techs have been very gentle with handling my daughter's services. Our wait times have never been more than 5 minutes from check in. The dentist, Dr. Simjee, is super nice and he is so kind. We love every single person we have worked with and definitely enjoy coming here knowing that my daughter will get top quality service with them.

Best place to get braces. I had a previous bad experience elsewhere and just wanted my braces removed. Ended up calling cool smiles to get a quote to remove my preexisting braces as I wanted them off. They explained to me that I had gone this far with my braces that they were willing to help me finish off my treatment and work towards my ultimate goal of having a perfect smile. At the end of the day cool smiles is awesome. They always make sure every patient leaves having a perfect smile.
