A very warm and welcoming atmosphere when you walk in. Dr Bowden cares about his patients and does his best in his expertise of Dentistry a very kind and thoughtful person. All that work there care about Each person that comes through their doors.

Great place, found them by searching for good dentists for mercury removal, and stayed as a regular patient. Great staff, and good hygienists, no matter which I’ve used (they work different days of the week, so if you change the day of the week of your cleaning, you might be changing the hygienist available, so keep that in mind). Expensive, but a great dentist is well worth it, in my strong opinion!

I was having a cosmetic dental emergency right before a trip to Hawaii and my regular Dentist couldn’t accommodate me. I called Aesthetic Dentistry because my husband found them online listed as cosmetic dentistry. They immediately took me in and had me all fixed a week before my trip! I’m so impressed with the entire staff I’m switching to this office and leaving my old dentist office of 12 years behind! I’m also bringing my three kids and husband because this is the best Dr. and entire staff!

I’m not big into writing reviews, but I felt like this 5 Star Review was very important to share since Dr. Larry Bowden and his team went above & beyond to serve me right before Christmas this last year. I had an appointment on December 14th, 2023 with a different dentist in town due to having some tooth pain. Come to find out, tooth 15 which I had a silver filling cracked in half. They told me just to keep an eye on it and if the pain started getting too bad to give them a call. So the following week, I called my old dentist to them I was having more pain and they told me they were too busy to help me out before Christmas. I had been a customer for 10 years with them. I think the reason they told me that is because I was asking them questions around safety protocol on removing silver fillings. They didn’t seem to follow “The Safe Mercury Amalgam Removal Technique” (SMART) guidelines put out by International Academy of Oral Medicine & Toxicology (IAOMT). They acted like mercury wasn’t a big deal when removing silver filings. I looked for resources off the IAOMT website and found out that Dr. Bowden’s team followed those guidelines. I put a call into him and 6 other different dentists in town. Dr. Bowden’s team is the only one that got back to me quickly, listened to my situation, and got me booked into an appointment ASAP. They didn’t need to do that since I was not a current patient. I have to give a big shout out to Holly their front desk manager because she worked me into their already crazy busy schedule 5 days before Christmas. At the appointment Dr. Bowden’s team ended up doing a very thorough job and used a 3-D Cone Beam (CBCT) to evaluate the situation. During that process they found out the infection was more serious than we thought. It ended up in a tooth extraction due to the infection and how big my silver filling was. A simple tooth extraction that normally takes about 5 to 10 minutes after numbing, turned into being a couple hours. The reason for that was my tooth was embedded into my bone because I had a ankylosed tooth. We ended up having to remove the filling first, then cut my tooth into pieces to get it out. Dr. Bowden told me top 5 worst tooth extractions to get out of his entire time of practicing dentistry. So needless to say, I was a difficult case for them. During the entire process they followed SMART guidelines, performed Platelet-Rich Fibrin (PRF), and ozone therapy. Keligh did an incredible job of doing a blood draw to be able to do the PRF even though my veins weren’t wanting to cooperate that day. Benay the dental assistant kept me calm and was by my side the entire time. Dr. Bowden and his team stayed late that night to help me out. They wanted to make sure I wasn’t in pain during Christmas. I was the last patient out the door that night. Dr. Bowden even came in on his personal time during the Christmas break to remove my stitchings. The entire team made me feel comfortable, went above and beyond, and made me feel like family. I was so impressed with their team that I have my entire family going to Dr. Bowden now. Also Dr. Bowden is now helping me with some minor cavitations that we discovered during my 3-D Cone Beam scan. We are doing this while my tooth heals up for a Zirconium tooth implant down the road. I absolutely adore these people. I came to them after a horrible experience with another dentist in Lake Oswego left me feeling demeaned and humiliated. I have a couple of rare illnesses and had used a supplement that had created several cavities when I had previously been that patient that might need a filling every 5 years or so. The other clinic decided I was too much of a liability and “voted” to deny care to me after making me wait weeks to get in and charging me for my initial visit and extensive X-rays. Dr. Bowden and his staff didn’t bat an eye. Everyone that works there is so kind and engaging. I am not a nervous patient but do appreciate how gentle and thorough they are. Heated blankets and pillows, great music, and caring folks with a sense of humor make this office a real find. Thanks guys!
