Bad business. Both of my children had permanent retainers break after paying in cash their full set of braces. One child had the wire push his teeth forward and Dr. Bowlby would not take any responsibility for the wire nor the work. Their solution was us buying invisalign to correct the teeth. The other child was over charged for a new retainer and we had to go through insurance and appeal it to get our money back. Kelly in insurance doesn't know her job too well. She doesn't understand insurance has contracts with the office and is only allowed to charge the amount the two places negotiate in their contract. She says "we took a survey of what other offices chaege and set our price that way."

Lakeville orthodontics is the BEST orthodontic office to bring your children to. Everyone is truly kind, caring and extremely knowledgeable. The moment you walk in the door you are greeted with a smile and warmth! The assistants are so caring with the kiddos and very smart! We absolutely love it here!!Our kids look forward to going to the orthodontist!

This orthodontics is AMAZING and the staff there are seriously the SWEETEST people ever and they care so much about you!!! I started going there when I was in middle school and just went back years later and they remembered exactly who I was and so friendly!! If you are looking for an ortho to go to for your kiddo or even yourself I HIGHLY Recommend going to them! You will not regret it! They are so professional but so caring of their patients and you will receive the best care!! Thanks so much to all of you!!

This is a great clinic! Staff is incredibly friendly, appointments are quick, and they do an excellent job of explaining your options, what each process entails, and everything related to billing/insurance. This review is to thank and applaud Dr Bowlby and Lakeville Orthodontics. Our daughter Ainsley has a cleft lip and palette. Her case is very challenging and extensive. While other orthodontist’s refused her case, Dr Bowlby energetically accepted our family as clients and my daughter’s challenging case. Week after week and month after month, Dr Bowlby impresses us with his compassionate, kind manner. We are receiving exceptional care from Dr Bowlby and his professional team. Everyone was so amazing! I’m forgetting the name of the front desk woman but she welcomed us and gave us a tour. She was friendly and interacted with my kids Great waiting area, with a great beverage selection and my kids played in the game room. The private room where our consultation was cozy. I visited this office for a consultation and the staff was so warm and welcoming. The doctor was just as great. I felt the information that I received was open an honest. There seemed to be no pressure to hurry up and get it done. It was more like these are your options, talk it over with your dentist and family and then make a decision. The cost was explained thoroughly with lots of payment options. I know all the children in the waiting room seemed very happy.

Every employee we encountered from the initial telephone call, to checking in, the visit with the orthodontist, the follow up with insurance, and everyone in-between was efficient, friendly, knowledgeable, honest, educated, prompt, and inviting. All around we are very pleased and will be scheduling my twelve-year-old for a full set of braces very soon.

Our daughter is receiving treatment to correct her bite and improve her smile with braces through Lakeville Orthordontics.
