The office experience exceeds expectations. The atmosphere is great and friendly! You are always greeted with a warm welcome! I’ve never had to wait long to be seen. They are genuinely considerate and work with you. They are compassionate and understanding. Vanessa, the office manager, is very nice and engaging as well as Griselda and Miguel! Happy staff = Happy patients! Additionally, I want to mention how convenient the extended hours have been for me. Having the flexibility to schedule appointments during times that work best for me & my family has made a significant difference in my overall experience. It is evident that they prioritize patient convenience and satisfaction. They even provide an on-call cell number should any questions/concerns arise outside office hours!

I went to Advanced Orthodontics for a dental cleaning. Chanelle was great! She had a gentle hand and made me feel super comfortable considering the dentist has always made me anxious. Advanced Orthodontics of Laredo is THE PLACE to go to for orthodontic treatment! Dr. Legan and Dr. Hernández are top of the line doctors and leaders in the orthodontic world, extremely caring and knowledgeable in their expertise. Dr. Sinn, the oral surgeon is AMAZING. If you are looking for a staff that will treat you like family this is the place to go. Their attention to detail and genuine care for their patients can’t be beat!

I couldn’t be happier with choosing Advanced Orthodontics as my orthodontist. The whole environment is very welcoming and friendly. From the minute you walk in, you are greeted by Meriel. I enjoyed how they took their safety precautions with this whole pandemic but even before, everything was always super clean. My teeth look and feel amazing!! 🤩 Of course, this wouldn’t have been possible without Dr. Hernandez who did a fantastic job fixing my teeth and the friendly staff. Every staff member that worked there always made conversation which made me feel comfortable. Miguel especially has been there through the whole process, he’s very informative with everything and will make a couple jokes here and there. I looked forward to every appointment I had because every session was always something different which was exciting. My experiences at this AMAZING orthodontic office is always full of laughter and fun! There's never a time where I leave unsatisfied and without a smile! It's family friendly and everyone will always be working with a smile, few jokes here and there, and you'll be leaving with a great experience! It's one big smiley family! Advanced Orthodontist is the best orthodontist place in Laredo! Dr. Hernández did a fabulous job working and correcting my teeth along with the friendly staff!!! The atmosphere is warming and welcoming right when you step through the door. They explain everything to help you understand to process and much more! They make scheduling appts and visits feel like a breeze with all their technology routes available, which I sincerely appreciate. The RDAs are so friendly and knowledgeable, they never make me feel rushed to get through an appt or from asking so many questions! Dr. Legan is so awesome, soft spoken and great bedside manner!

Very rarely do you a find a company, in any industry, that's able to provide excellent service with knowledgeable and friendly employees/staff.
