Dr. Alessandra & Ryan are wonderful orthodontist,they are very attentive and have a wonderful staff. My son had alot of issues with his teeth and jaw both doctors were able to fix my son's issue in very little time. The smile shoppe also has great payment plans. I highly recommend the smile shoppe to people who are looking to fix their teeth. Dr.Alessandra & Ryan are great orthodontist.

Was referred to The Smile Shoppe by Dr CC Tooth Factory. Best referral ever if I may say. Christina who took my information for referral at The Smile shop office was very friendly and welcoming and took down all my information and set me up with an appointment for a free consultation for my daughter. The day of consultation was a breeze , filled out some forms and within minutes my daughter was taken in for x-rays and photographs after filling out some forms. Karen the dental assistant helping Dr Alessandra Chacon was also very friendly and knowledgeable and made us feel right at home helping us with any questions and concerns we had . Dr. Alessandra Chacon came in and introduced herself and conducted a thorough examination for my daughter and gave us an excellent explanation of the many treatment options we had and answered whatever questions we may have had at the time. After all was said and done we decided to have my daughter treated at The Smile Shoppe after all the kindness we received and we felt as if we were family. Karen the dental assistant also helped us with several budget friendly in-house payment plans they had to offer . I really recommend anyone looking for orthodontic treatment to consider The smile Shoppe, you won’t regret your decision.

I see a different orthodontist with the military in San Antonio, I had a wire poking me and it was very uncomfortable. I called and asked if they’d be able to just cut the extra wire and they got me in the same day, no problem at all. I’m not even a patient there and they still did that for me. It was so gracious of them. They didn’t even charge me either. Very very nice people! Recommend this place to everyone! Also a very nice modern look. Very clean too!

I found this place on Facebook and read the reviews, all good by the way, so I decided to make an appointment for my teenage daughter. We loved the service, plus all the information we received on the dental device needed, plus braces for my daughter was discussed with us as well as the costs and plans they offer during our initial consultation. The ladies at reception are very welcoming, the dental assistants are the best and of course the husband and wife team of Doctors are a dynamic duo! Highly recommend The Smile Shoppe! We are very satisfied with them, overall.

Smile shoppe has taken good care of all of my daughter’s needs and the staff is very polite and Dr Chacon is the best she is on top of everything making sure my daughters well being is first I would definitely recommend this place I’m truly satisfied with their services and their customer service is the best they make you feel like family here

I end up with disappointment after 3 years of visits. When the doctor said it is done and ready, then I had to sign the paper to let them remove the bracelets. Although I knew my teeth were not yet aligned as it was promised but I lost my hope that they could do any better. I hope no one else have the same experience as I did because it feels very disturbing when I see my incomplete treatment after 3 years of waiting knowing that I was told by doctor that my treatment would take 2 years ending with holy wood smile☹️

My son got braces here at The Smile Shop and I don't like it here. It's been over 6 months, and I have yet to see results on his teeth. The staff is very unprofessional. I call, I get placed on hold for a long time, and then to get transferred to a wrong department. I've had to hung up the phone and had to call again. I've even let the person who answered the phone how unprofessional they are, and they don't even apologize, as if they just don't care. Thumbs down to this business!!

Very friendly and professional staff! Both Dr. Chacon and Dr. Reyes have been very thorough in the process of my treatment. I started my Invisalign evaluation before the COVID-19 pandemic, and have continued with my follow up appointments since the reopening of The Smile Shoppe. As a healthcare professional myself I really appreciate that every appointment is with the appropriate safety measures to screen and evaluate me as well as other patients that I see going in for dental work. I highly recommend The Smile Shoppe for anyone seeking to improve their smile.

As soon as a walked in for a consultation i felt so welcomed and everything was so well explained. The doctors and assistants answered every question i had, i had no problems what so ever. Dr. Reyes and Dr. Chacon are truly professionals at the work they put in. The office welcomes you with open hands. To the front office staff It’s heart warming when i walk in and get greeted with a good morning/ good afternoon and with big SMILES. To the back staff you make the visit feel more like I’m visiting a friend than in for a dental appointment.If anyone is looking for a great Orthodontist.
