First visit to this location. Referred by the Veterans Affairs Dental, in El Paso Texas. I spoke to several veterans in the waiting room. It's apparent this is the place to be, in Las Cruces New Mexico USA. From the check-in desk counter, the technicians, the examinations and so on, outstanding! Want to take Madeline and her coworker, Adriana. Outstanding teamwork. Pre-examination, and explanation of procedures. Doctor was outstanding. Like all the VA contractors I noticed they are very thorough and their explanation of what thier going to do. I exited through the finance office, not to be charged but explanation of the fees they're going to be submitted to the VA. I truly appreciate the care I was given. I was thanked for my service. This was my first vist with Dr Grant, he was very thorough with regard to every detail on a procedure for an implant & removal of existing implant that will take place on my next visit. I appreciated his patience with me, he did not rush me nor did he make me feel like I was taking up his time. I was very nervous about Visit & Ida made my visit very pleasant & Comfortable & so did all the other girls, Thank you.

I can't recommend Dr. Kalisch and his team highly enough. From extraction through the implant process, the whole experience was pretty amazing. I was completely comfortable throughout the entire procedue, and the follow-up has been exemplary. If you need, or are considering, implant or dental surgery of any kind, I truly believe you wont find anyone better.

This was the worst experiences I have had in a dental office. I was a new patient. I went in for a tooth extraction that I needed. I waited 2 hours past my appointment to see the dr. The dr never looked in my mouth and wanted to charge me $130 for a just seeing me.He did no work. It was never explained that it was only a consultation. I will never go to this dentist and I advise all that need dental care to avoid this place.

Great experience, a consultation is actually a very extensive exam by a fantastic staff. I had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Grant who is extremely knowledgeable, loves his job and takes time to ensure you have all information and options available to you in order to make the best choices for your personal needs. He also has a sense of humor which put me at ease and he made me feel like a valued patient.

Unfortunately, I recently had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Kalish. Having lost my front tooth in a chicken wing accident, he got me in the next day…He extracted the root, grafted the site…placed an immediate implant. He is a pro - but I knew that as I refer all my patients to him for periodontal treatment.He is also a whiz kid at pain management and general pathology. Best I have met in 25 years of doing dentistry.

Very professional office and excellent waiting room with coffee, and water. Staff called me back to schedule an appointment. An exam was scheduled the same day to get a status of my periodontal health by Dr. Sun. The assistant who took my x-rays was very pleasant and per the results, I was in good status moving forward to get cleanings done in the future with their office. I would highly recommend this dental care office per your needs as my dad was an endodontist for 25 yrs.

5-star periodontal clinic! Very kind and informative staff, all seem knowledgable and eager to help. Super fancy, modern new design, and the coolest interior lighting I’ve seen. Dr. Kalish really knows what he’s talking about, has a helpful and friendly communication style that is easy to understand and builds confidence & trust. His background & experience are quite impressive to read about as well! I would highly recommend this practice! I may even visit his ‘Koala’ practice in El Paso as well.

Truly fantastic. As someone who is comfortable with the fact that oral health is vitally important but also has high levels of anxiety when having to deal with oral health issues, I have to say that Dr. Bauerle and his associates are among the very best. I have had to visit Southwest Periodontal more than once for a complicated oral health issue. I have found that, in a multitude of ways, Dr. Bauerle and his staff have gone above and beyond to ensure that I received quality care and comfort well beyond what I have come to expect. Exceptional levels of care, high levels of professionalism, modern techniques and tools, fantastic bedside manner, and a sense that your needs really matter are just a few things that I have come to appreciate in visiting Southwest Periodontal. I can also say that Dr. Carillo has attended to me when Dr. Bauerle has not been in office and she is excellent as well, though I would expect nothing less from this practice. Additionally, I have found all of the staff to be extraordinarily helpful at every turn. In all, feel at ease and confident that you are in good hands if you find yourself visiting Southwest Periodontal.
