For me to put into words, the way I feel about this experience, will be nearly impossible….When I called the Bionic Smile folks , it was the 3rd facility of this nature that I had talked to seriously, about straightening out my lifelong battle with bad teeth….Having two prior consultations for this process , I was familiar with the concept, and the average cost , and the different materials used in this process. Having had one consultation in person from another company a little closer to home, a few months prior to my call to the Bionic Smile , I had an idea that I was a candidate for this process…I had only heard about this place on Tik Tok , and had seen the commercials and heard the testimonials. Watching this obviously very passionate lady talking about the price of this process and the materials they were using led me to call The Bionic Smile….. what I didn’t know was that phone call would turn into a FaceTime consultation with……..THEGIRL FROM THE TIK TOK COMMERCIALS!?? No way!Face to face,…SHAY, was so passionate and confident about the product , the process, and the price ,and you could tell she experiences real joy from watching people change their life with this!I settled on a date that I thought would work for me, and after a couple of changes because of life things, like work and family, it was finally time for me to walk through the doors and begin my journey to something I had only ever dreamed of having……A lot of people have a certain fear of the dentist…..myself included !From the minute we walkedin the door , everyone was just incredibly kind, caring ,and compassionate . I was greeted by Susie. We talked about the entire situation of my particular case , then we met Dr. Dan who after looking at my scans, laid out a plan of action, explained everything that needed to be done, and the final cost of everything . Surgery was scheduled for the next day…..the surgery was 5 hours to remove 18 teeth , Do a couple bone grafts , remove some bone , and prep the entire jaw bone , complete with the implants in place.Initially I wasn’t a fan of the Oral sedation that was going to be used for the surgery however after speaking to the oral surgeon Dr. Heinl, he put my mind at ease enough to continue and I am so glad I trusted his opinion.Dr. Heinl explained how he was going to manage any pain at all that would come up during and after the surgery… DR . Heinl’s skills, techniques, and bedside manner are truly remarkable. The next day … 12 hours after surgery ……. You walk away with a new smile , very little discomfort, no pain, and something very different about the way you feel about yourself……there’s nothing like looking in that mirror for the first time ever in your life and knowing a dream has just come true….THANK YOU to the entire staff at Bionic Smile . This place is top notch …. Incredible experience , great pricing, great staff …. If you’re looking to have this type of procedure done , or know of someone who is thinking of getting this done ,….look no further . You’ve come to the right place !THANKS BIONIC SMILE

I have nothing but great things to say about Bionic Smile! If you would have met me a year ago, I could not have said I was satisfied with my smile. After a long battle with periodontal disease, gum infections and missing broken teeth, I finally made the decision to fix my teeth! It is the best decision I've ever made! I invested in myself and man oh man did it pay off! From the first time I stepped into their Las Vegas office I was treated like family! The staff was welcoming and so very understanding of my dental concerns. The journey was long, sometimes felt like it was never ending. I finally made it to the finish line and my confidence has never been higher! Thank you to each person who had a hand in planning, creating, and delivering my new smile! I am forever grateful for the tireless work you put in! Huge thanks to Dr. Samoza for flawlessly pulling 22 teeth and perfectly placing my implants! He was awesome and made the surgery a breeze! Also, to Dr. Moulton who changed out my abutments for making me comfortable enough to do so without the need for any numbing! You are amazing! To Dr. Alisova , I can never thank you enough for being you! Your attention to detail and meticulous nature literally made my teeth PERFECT! I couldn't be more proud of the smile that you helped to create! And last but not least to Andrew and Samara! You guys made the change from temporary peasant teeth (lol) to my new QUEEN zirconia teeth the best experience! Light and fun conversation is the perfect remedy for any dental woes! You both rock! I know there were so many more people involved in this journey to a better, more functional, more confident smile, so from the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU! To anyone on the fence about starting the journey to their new smile...Do it! You won't regret it!

This is my honest review of the process I've gone through to get my implants at Bionic Smile in Las Vegas, Nevada. It's seems like I read hundreds of glowing reviews about how wonderful this place is. There are very few negative reviews. It's true, the people are very nice & the cost is very low compared to most other companies.HOWEVER, there are alot of things they forgot to mention. First, they told me I would be given a copy of all paperwork. Looking back afterward, I was not given the price breakdown of my work that was done. For $12,000 I feel I should have been given that, especially since I asked for copies of everything we discussed. Second, I was told I would receive nitrus to make the procedure more comfortable & I was not. Like alot of people, I have great fear of dentists & have to have nitrous just to get my teeth cleaned. Imagine you're in the chair & they start major surgery on your mouth, that you will be sedated but still awake for, & THEN tell you, "Nope. No nitrus for you. You'll be fine." Had I known this one thing, I would have gone home without the surgery. It was extremely upsetting & painful. Third, they failed to even MENTION how much downtime is required to recover from this. My surgery was 5 days ago & I have 2 black eyes & the whole lower half of my face is bruised black & blue still. I thought I would be back at work today with a beautiful new top row of teeth. Instead I had to take more time off work & send my boss a picture of how awful I look. This is not to say that I'm not still hopeful of a good outcome in 6 months when I go back to get my permanent teeth. I'm just saying I'd have appreciated more transparency & honesty about what would happen so I could be prepared & plan more accordingly.I also want to say, again, that there were several employees at Bionic smile who were exceptionally supportive, friendly & understanding. Those kinds of people make everything better. But so does nitrus oxide.

After suffering broken, missing, and painful teeth for years my fiancée did a ton of research and found Bionic Smile. I have to say that the care delivered was stellar . The level of professionalism, compassion, and expertise was just beyond anything we could have imagined! I can attest to their competence as I am a primary care provider myself. If you are struggling with the decision to go there and get implants, please don't hesitate at all! You will not be disappointed ! We would like to give a special shout out to Shay, Kori, Dr Ostler and the rest of the team who gave such exceptional care. In my man’s words “ thank you all for everything you do….. you changed my life”. It made me emotional because I no longer have to see the person I love so much suffer with his teeth and he has a Hollywood smile to boot! First picture will be the “before picture” , the rest speak for themselves! If I could give Bionic Smile 1000 stars I would…. Oh and these are the temps! Imagine that!

The journey for my new smile started March 20, 2023. After having all my teeth pulled at a chain dentist facility in Buffalo, NY and really hating the dentures, the research began for implants. I had a quote for $45,000 here in Buffalo and continued to come across ads for Bionic Smile. So, I made the call and, yes, the price was legit and I made the decision to have them do the implants. From the moment I walked in the doors, everybody was extremely welcoming. Kori was my consultant and she was outstanding explaining the whole process. From there, every doctor and assistant that I dealt with we're just awesome. I had my new smile completed on March 23, 2024 and I 100% do not regret my decision to make the 2300 mile journey. If you are considering new implants, Bionic smile is definitely the place to be. Trust me, you will not be disappointed.

My ONLY regret is that it took me almost 3wks to post this review... (busy receiving compliments, LOL)... , but here we are and still find myself emotional over this life changing experience. The Quality, Cleanliness, Dedication & Tenacity most of all Genuine Care. I am a very picky. and at times difficult mixed with inpatients. Wanting many times to give up believing a smile like mine would never be possible. this was a lengthy process, but know and i mean no one would give up on me, even when i wanted to give up on myself. This was a longtime coming , as I sit and write I find myself still in awe of everyone (I DO MEAN EVERYONE!!)... You know some people go a lifetime never coming into their calling. but it pleases me to say that this team (and yes, they fully function as a TEAM) are Amazing... The Genius of Dr, Alisova who is the kindest, sweetest and most dedicated doctor i have ever meet, and the same can be said for Dr. Drake. Now there were a few other Doctors I saw who were amazing as well... (I only hope they charge my head, not my heart that their names are escaping me right now)... Now the dental techs, are ALL AN AMAZING Extension of BIONIC SMILE TEAM... The work ethic, personal caring, and encouraging spirit... (SPEECHLESS) I love all My Ashley's, there are a lot of them & my Ms. Nancy. I will forever be grateful to the frontline, The Gorgeous Miss Shay & the ALWAYS WELCOMING Gorgeous frnt. dsk. Miss Andrea!!! I could go on and on, but I have 100's of Selfies to take (WIDE SMILING)... Bionic Smile Gave Me A New Mantra For Life... A Beautiful Smile CAN SPEACK VOLUMES, WHEN THERE ARE NO WORDS NEEDED... I THANK YOU A MILLION TIMES OVER!!! YOU GUYS CHANGED MY LIFE (PERIOD) 👄

Hi, my name is Dennis Nelson. I am from Seattle Washington and flew down to Las Vegas on March 10th 2024 and started my procedure with Bionic Smile on March 11 2024 at 7 am.My story is this, I am 57 years old and in 1970 I was in a car accident and then in a coma for a month, pumped up with drugs, and then diagnosed as hyperactive. With that being said they put me on a medication called Dexidream, a form of speed that I took from 5 til I was 11. This caused my teeth to not properly grow strong. My mother had spent thousands of dollars on my dental care as a youth and I brushed and flossed all the time. Well over the last 15 years my teeth have just crumbled away.I looked into dentures, and did not like that dentures will prevent you from getting the full taste the food that you are eating. So 2 years ago I started researching implants and cost. Locally in Seattle we have Clear Choice and there cost for my procedure would have ran $49k out of pocket and I almost jumped on that one. I also looked into going out of country. Mexico looked good up till I found out that no facility in the USA would work on my mouth if I had the procedure done down there, I also found that there were other hidden cost when having the work done in Mexico.Fast forward to December 2023 January 2024, My sister came across a post on Facebook or tiktok and sent me the link. I made the call and was later put in contact with Shay. We interviewed on the phone and I was not able to provide the dental records that were needed , how ever I found that I could fly down for a day, and do the in person interview with Kori. So the weekend of super bowl I flew down on Friday, did the interview and flew back home on Saturday. It turned out that I was a worst case deal. And any other place would be charging me $58k and up to $85k for this procedure. We set up the procedure start date for March 11th 2024 at 7am and the max cost was just over $32k that I paid out of pocket. So on Monday I was numbed up all through out my mouth, I beleave the name of the syrgine was Dr Heil, and he did a excellent job with getting to know me prior to the operation as well as all of the staff. Now I am very poor with remembering everyone's names so I will just refer to many of them as staff.Well the first step was to remove all 23 teeth that I had left and then there was some sewing in 4 spots. Next came the 6 top mounting postand then the 4 bottom post. This entire procedure took a little over 5 hours and for most of it I have no memory of what they were doing.Next was the bite for alignment. and then the manufacturing of the top and bottom plates and the installation of them on March 13th 2024.So today "March 14th 2024" we were heading to the airport to come back to Seattle and we chose to stop back in and ask some questions in regards to the way the temps were fitting. The syrgine and I spoke and they ended up removing the top plate to see why there was such discomfort, and then they modified the top plate slightly to relieve the pain that I was experiencing, I think this took all of 45 minutes. All in all, the staff are not only very professional and skillfully trained, but they are also very concerned that they are providing the very best service with each and every patient that walks through their doors. After the last 4 days, I want to refer to all of the Staff / Employees at Bionic Smile as family rather then just people who are doing a job.My next appointment is set for September 11th for the final Zerconia permanent implants to be installed. I will be down there for 4 or 5 days for this process. I have only been back in Seattle for 4 hours and I am already excited to go back down.So my bottom line +for you is that there is no need to search any further if you are reading this review. Make the call and make the appointment today. This will for ever change your life.A huge thank you to all of the staff for helping me to change my life. Dennis Nelson
