For me to put into words, the way I feel about this experience, will be nearly impossible….When I called the Bionic Smile folks , it was the 3rd facility of this nature that I had talked to seriously, about straightening out my lifelong battle with bad teeth….Having two prior consultations for this process , I was familiar with the concept, and the average cost , and the different materials used in this process. Having had one consultation in person from another company a little closer to home, a few months prior to my call to the Bionic Smile , I had an idea that I was a candidate for this process…I had only heard about this place on Tik Tok , and had seen the commercials and heard the testimonials. Watching this obviously very passionate lady talking about the price of this process and the materials they were using led me to call The Bionic Smile….. what I didn’t know was that phone call would turn into a FaceTime consultation with……..THEGIRL FROM THE TIK TOK COMMERCIALS!?? No way!Face to face,…SHAY, was so passionate and confident about the product , the process, and the price ,and you could tell she experiences real joy from watching people change their life with this!I settled on a date that I thought would work for me, and after a couple of changes because of life things, like work and family, it was finally time for me to walk through the doors and begin my journey to something I had only ever dreamed of having……A lot of people have a certain fear of the dentist…..myself included !From the minute we walkedin the door , everyone was just incredibly kind, caring ,and compassionate . I was greeted by Susie. We talked about the entire situation of my particular case , then we met Dr. Dan who after looking at my scans, laid out a plan of action, explained everything that needed to be done, and the final cost of everything . Surgery was scheduled for the next day…..the surgery was 5 hours to remove 18 teeth , Do a couple bone grafts , remove some bone , and prep the entire jaw bone , complete with the implants in place.Initially I wasn’t a fan of the Oral sedation that was going to be used for the surgery however after speaking to the oral surgeon Dr. Heinl, he put my mind at ease enough to continue and I am so glad I trusted his opinion.Dr. Heinl explained how he was going to manage any pain at all that would come up during and after the surgery… DR . Heinl’s skills, techniques, and bedside manner are truly remarkable. The next day … 12 hours after surgery ……. You walk away with a new smile , very little discomfort, no pain, and something very different about the way you feel about yourself……there’s nothing like looking in that mirror for the first time ever in your life and knowing a dream has just come true….THANK YOU to the entire staff at Bionic Smile . This place is top notch …. Incredible experience , great pricing, great staff …. If you’re looking to have this type of procedure done , or know of someone who is thinking of getting this done ,….look no further . You’ve come to the right place !THANKS BIONIC SMILE

I have nothing but great things to say about Bionic Smile! If you would have met me a year ago, I could not have said I was satisfied with my smile. After a long battle with periodontal disease, gum infections and missing broken teeth, I finally made the decision to fix my teeth! It is the best decision I've ever made! I invested in myself and man oh man did it pay off! From the first time I stepped into their Las Vegas office I was treated like family! The staff was welcoming and so very understanding of my dental concerns. The journey was long, sometimes felt like it was never ending. I finally made it to the finish line and my confidence has never been higher! Thank you to each person who had a hand in planning, creating, and delivering my new smile! I am forever grateful for the tireless work you put in! Huge thanks to Dr. Samoza for flawlessly pulling 22 teeth and perfectly placing my implants! He was awesome and made the surgery a breeze! Also, to Dr. Moulton who changed out my abutments for making me comfortable enough to do so without the need for any numbing! You are amazing! To Dr. Alisova , I can never thank you enough for being you! Your attention to detail and meticulous nature literally made my teeth PERFECT! I couldn't be more proud of the smile that you helped to create! And last but not least to Andrew and Samara! You guys made the change from temporary peasant teeth (lol) to my new QUEEN zirconia teeth the best experience! Light and fun conversation is the perfect remedy for any dental woes! You both rock! I know there were so many more people involved in this journey to a better, more functional, more confident smile, so from the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU! To anyone on the fence about starting the journey to their new smile...Do it! You won't regret it!

This is my honest review of the process I've gone through to get my implants at Bionic Smile in Las Vegas, Nevada. It's seems like I read hundreds of glowing reviews about how wonderful this place is. There are very few negative reviews. It's true, the people are very nice & the cost is very low compared to most other companies.HOWEVER, there are alot of things they forgot to mention. First, they told me I would be given a copy of all paperwork. Looking back afterward, I was not given the price breakdown of my work that was done. For $12,000 I feel I should have been given that, especially since I asked for copies of everything we discussed. Second, I was told I would receive nitrus to make the procedure more comfortable & I was not. Like alot of people, I have great fear of dentists & have to have nitrous just to get my teeth cleaned. Imagine you're in the chair & they start major surgery on your mouth, that you will be sedated but still awake for, & THEN tell you, "Nope. No nitrus for you. You'll be fine." Had I known this one thing, I would have gone home without the surgery. It was extremely upsetting & painful. Third, they failed to even MENTION how much downtime is required to recover from this. My surgery was 5 days ago & I have 2 black eyes & the whole lower half of my face is bruised black & blue still. I thought I would be back at work today with a beautiful new top row of teeth. Instead I had to take more time off work & send my boss a picture of how awful I look. This is not to say that I'm not still hopeful of a good outcome in 6 months when I go back to get my permanent teeth. I'm just saying I'd have appreciated more transparency & honesty about what would happen so I could be prepared & plan more accordingly.I also want to say, again, that there were several employees at Bionic smile who were exceptionally supportive, friendly & understanding. Those kinds of people make everything better. But so does nitrus oxide.

The journey for my new smile started March 20, 2023. After having all my teeth pulled at a chain dentist facility in Buffalo, NY and really hating the dentures, the research began for implants. I had a quote for $45,000 here in Buffalo and continued to come across ads for Bionic Smile. So, I made the call and, yes, the price was legit and I made the decision to have them do the implants. From the moment I walked in the doors, everybody was extremely welcoming. Kori was my consultant and she was outstanding explaining the whole process. From there, every doctor and assistant that I dealt with we're just awesome. I had my new smile completed on March 23, 2024 and I 100% do not regret my decision to make the 2300 mile journey. If you are considering new implants, Bionic smile is definitely the place to be. Trust me, you will not be disappointed.

After suffering broken, missing, and painful teeth for years my fiancée did a ton of research and found Bionic Smile. I have to say that the care delivered was stellar . The level of professionalism, compassion, and expertise was just beyond anything we could have imagined! I can attest to their competence as I am a primary care provider myself. If you are struggling with the decision to go there and get implants, please don't hesitate at all! You will not be disappointed ! We would like to give a special shout out to Shay, Kori, Dr Ostler and the rest of the team who gave such exceptional care. In my man’s words “ thank you all for everything you do….. you changed my life”. It made me emotional because I no longer have to see the person I love so much suffer with his teeth and he has a Hollywood smile to boot! First picture will be the “before picture” , the rest speak for themselves! If I could give Bionic Smile 1000 stars I would…. Oh and these are the temps! Imagine that!

My ONLY regret is that it took me almost 3wks to post this review... (busy receiving compliments, LOL)... , but here we are and still find myself emotional over this life changing experience. The Quality, Cleanliness, Dedication & Tenacity most of all Genuine Care. I am a very picky. and at times difficult mixed with inpatients. Wanting many times to give up believing a smile like mine would never be possible. this was a lengthy process, but know and i mean no one would give up on me, even when i wanted to give up on myself. This was a longtime coming , as I sit and write I find myself still in awe of everyone (I DO MEAN EVERYONE!!)... You know some people go a lifetime never coming into their calling. but it pleases me to say that this team (and yes, they fully function as a TEAM) are Amazing... The Genius of Dr, Alisova who is the kindest, sweetest and most dedicated doctor i have ever meet, and the same can be said for Dr. Drake. Now there were a few other Doctors I saw who were amazing as well... (I only hope they charge my head, not my heart that their names are escaping me right now)... Now the dental techs, are ALL AN AMAZING Extension of BIONIC SMILE TEAM... The work ethic, personal caring, and encouraging spirit... (SPEECHLESS) I love all My Ashley's, there are a lot of them & my Ms. Nancy. I will forever be grateful to the frontline, The Gorgeous Miss Shay & the ALWAYS WELCOMING Gorgeous frnt. dsk. Miss Andrea!!! I could go on and on, but I have 100's of Selfies to take (WIDE SMILING)... Bionic Smile Gave Me A New Mantra For Life... A Beautiful Smile CAN SPEACK VOLUMES, WHEN THERE ARE NO WORDS NEEDED... I THANK YOU A MILLION TIMES OVER!!! YOU GUYS CHANGED MY LIFE (PERIOD) 👄

I found out in 2022 that I had periodontal disease and was shocked. I had heard of implants but I had never heard of full mouth implants and was all of a sudden thrown in the lions den of what to do. After visiting 3 other dentists who 'specialized' in full mouth implants I was discouraged and overwhelmed, and was quoted over $65,000. I went to Bionic Smile and met with Shay and one of the dentists. They had a clear conversation with me about what to expect and the seriousness of my bone disease. My case was not a simple in and out for $8000 upper and lower. I had the all on 6 implants placed in March 2023 with the hope of getting my finals by September. Sadly, four of my uppers and one of my lower implants failed and to say I was heartbroken is putting it mildly. I was devastated. Dr. Alisova hugged me and told me not to lose hope and Dr. Ostler my surgeon re assured me that there was still an opportunity to make this work. We agreed to leave the five on the bottom and put in four more on top. Throughout the process they kept in contact with me and treated me so kindly allowing me to express my concerns and fear. I was terrified and the anxiety was through the roof. I was provided cell numbers and Shay was always there to answer any questions I had and to reassure me. Dr. Ostler made me feel like a million bucks and treated me with such kindness and respect. When I had questions about what to do after my initial surgery, I was able to discuss my concerns with Dr. Ostler on the phone. After the second surgery we decided to leave the healing caps in for 5 months and I immediately began taking Calcium and Vitamin D and made sure to keep up with my B12. I truly feel that also helped with my healing process. Dr. Alisova was my dentist who handled the removal of my healing caps and placement of the abutments and the eventual finals. She remembered me from the first experience when five implants failed and she was so caring and thoughtful knowing how terrified I was. She communicated everything that was going on and with each torque of the implant she celebrated the joy of discovering it was not a failure. She kept her promise to remain my dentist until the very end and made sure that my finals were perfect. Everyone who helped me from the scan technicians to the assistants, dentists, denture specialists and Dr. Ostler my surgeon, Andrew, Shay, the receptionists, the level of support, understanding and support was huge. There were always hugs and cheering on.Not everything was perfect, however. I am outspoken and advocate for myself and have no fears asking questions or explaining what I'm feeling or dealing with. There were many times when I did not understand what the 'next' step was or what was going to happen after a certain procedure. I don't think this is exclusive to Bionic Smile but the dental industry in general. In the case of what people like myself have gone through and the money we have to come up with along with the anxiety and past trauma I truly feel that every staff person in the industry should take Trauma Informed Care classes and approach each and every patient from that standpoint. I feel very strongly that there should be thorough conversation about what to expect, what is happening, what the next step is, how to clean dentures, bridges, and what to do if the bridge fails. I was always able to ask the questions and they joyfully answered them but I feel a process should be put into place to deal with information and process. Other than that I love them and truth be told I would not have wanted to go anywhere else. Yes, the cost was much better, but the people are who made this the best for me. Also, I live an hour away from the office and they always accommodated my need to have 7am appointments so I could get to work as soon as possible. They went above and beyond and I am thankful for them. Thank you Shay, Andrew, Dr. Ostler, and Dr. Alisova!!!!!
