Dr. Khan and her staff are amazing!! Dr. Khan is very informative and knowledgeable. They’re all very personable, professional, and make you feel very comfortable. Dawn, the assistant, had great dental jokes and although you can’t fully laugh when they’re working on you, they sure are funny. Dawn, the hygienist, was very friendly and saved me when I tried breathing with my mouth full of saliva 😂 Diamond, Nigel, and Judy are amazing as well. Very great staff overall! Love them! I’m not quite done with everything but I’m looking forward to the end result!-The Best Patient Ever lol

Signature Smiles staff is so professional and caring. Every minute I spent under the care of Dr. Khan and Dawn, I felt comfortable and cared about. I believe my case was considered a “difficult case” by Dr. Khan and I will tell you this, she handled everything like a professional. I am only partially through my treatment plan and I am not dreading going back for the rest. I absolutely love Dr. Khan and the staff at Signature Smiles. I’ll post a photo when I have my full smile back 😊

I originally posted a 5 star review that I have now deleted after the trauma I went through today.In my first and second appointments I made mentioned I was physically assaulted and I have dental anxiety. Several of my composite work fillings are due to the injury from this. The dentist said my fillings were discolored and “an eye sore” and “distract from my beauty.” I mentioned several times I’m not looking for elective services.I continued for cleanings and went for a filling. I was asked several times why I would want it frozen since it wasn’t a deep cavity. I mentioned again that I have dental anxiety and the redhead gene that causes issue with numbing/anesthesia. They continued to press to replace the old work. As it was a traumatic event and I had a lot of pain getting them done I was not keen on the idea of doing it just for the aesthetic.After my filling I experienced pain, so I returned for an adjustment. I waited 30 mins in the room for the dentist to come. That pain never went away a month after so I scheduled another visit, frustrated and anxious to have to go back. Another 30 mins waiting and was told I’d have to schedule to come back and have it all removed. I vehemently declined and requested they adjust it now. Just numbing, no freezing, the dentist went in and I howled in pain. I have never sobbed audibly in public before. After the service I ran to my car and sobbed.I believe this clinic is interested in high traffic rather than client relationships. The hygienists are kind but I will not return to this business after being treated like such a dollar sign.

I had two crowns done last year and bridge work done this year. Dawn and Dr. Khan aka the painless dynamic duo were wonderful.Also the technician who cleans your teeth was excellent. They go out of their way to insure your comfort and, only do what is necessary. I highly recommend them at Signature Smiles. ps know your insurance coverage before going.

I liked this dentist because they made me feel comfortable and squeezed me in for emergency work. However, there came a time when I switched jobs, I knew my insurance wasn't valid for a short time and I explained this.I was assured that it was still showing as valid and pressured into doing the work then and now. I was correct and I'm now being billed for work I wanted to postpone. I'm now looking for a new dentist that isn't going to tell patients they're wrong to make a few bucks. It's unfortunate because I liked the care they provided.

I'll start by saying When first started my journey looking for a Dentist in 2017 I was referred here At the time Dr. Solomon was in practice great Service wonderful staff boom COVID hit had not been for 2 yearsandNow here end of 2022l It's all new staff...now Dr. Khan and staff nice but my first root canal has been the worst, November till now My crown fell out 4 times . First the temporary one 3 times then The permanent oneFalls out after 3 months, The only Good thing I can say they nice but that don't get no where if the final result of work is awful I'm on the quest again.. Signature Smiles is not the same. Since Dr Solomon left.

Anyone who may be scared of the dentist should come here and have work done by Dr. Khan and her staff. I had a crown done here and I did not feel a thing. Dr. Khan makes you feel comfortable and puts you at ease. The office has a great crew in the front and back and they love to laugh and have fun. If you're looking for an office with a fun and caring staff, definitely check them out. You won't regret it.

I gave one star only to post this review! Signature Smile is practicing manipulation, fraudulent dental practice, and fraudulent billing. I'm right now looking at a bill from Delta Dental that's indicating that they were paid for complete denture-maxillaryand a mandibular partial-cast metal framework with resign. FALSE!!! The Dentist gave my partner 2 root canals with two temporary teeth that were too big to fit the sockets. He had the work done again then she left strips of plastic he found in between his teeth. He has had a rough time with this place. Do you know she charged him again for fixing the first slop job? STAY AWAY FROM THIS DENTIST OFFICE🚷⛔☢️⚠️To signature smiles you are LIARS! I called and tried to discuss... No one would give me any answers. I was told someone would call me back and you NEVER DID..! WORST DENTIST OFFICE EVER. You should be ashamed of how you are price gauging and stilling people hard earned money!!! 😡😠

Be careful when asking if they take your insurance. They will tell you that they do but will neglect to mention that you are not in their network. Had a crown done at another office for a tenth of the price that they did it.The doctors and staff are nice but the omission of being in network is a real problem.

This is the worst dentist experience I ever had in my entire life. I'm still having nightmares from her. I haven't eaten properly since last Nov22. Thank God I found a real dentistry to correct her malpractice, she running from room to room and not washing her hands almost killed me, the next morning I woke up with Covid 19 form her sticking her nasty hands in my mouth. One day she's in your network and than the next day she's not and have the nerve to send me a bill even after she told us she was in our network. Is there racism in the density field yes it is and I have proof of it. And that fake root canal you done the root is still there, you will be hearing from my lawyer soon.
