Seriously the absolute best staff you could want in an orthodontist office. Today's experience getting my ceramic braces off should have been a very uncomfortable appointment, but Jennifer was so amazing, explaining everything she was doing and made sure I was comfortable. Megan is another one of my favorites during these past few years, always providing a fun and comfortable atmosphere. I transitioned from Dr. Ball to Dr. Pawelek towards the end of my treatment, and although I loved Dr. Ball, Dr. Pawelek is doing an amazing job filling some big shoes! Highly recommend!!

Both of my boys have been seeing Dr Pawelek for their orthodontic needs. This office has surpassed all my expectations. I am blown away with the amazing staff and compassion shown at this office! They truly go the extra mile to make sure their patients needs and concerns are taken care of. Highly recommend if you are looking for an orthodontist!!

Absolutely love this place. Everyone is warm and welcoming. My daughter has had braces for about 4 months and every appointment has been a good experience. She is 11 and they are patient with her especially because she isn’t afraid to voice if she is uncomfortable or hurting. They are so great at listening to her and readjusting or explaining what going on and how much longer it will take. I really appreciate this office for their hospitality and kindness. Not to mention my daughters teeth already look 100000%times better. We had MS. Montemayor today she is awesome and Dr. Pawelek is always great! Would definitely recommend them for your orthodontist needs!

We visited Dr. Balls office for the first time yesterday and had such a great experience. The whole staff to the front desk, X-ray tech, financial coordinator and Dr were all so very nice and easy to work with. We will be starting with braces with Dr Ball in the next couple of weeks. I will refer him and his office to anyone that needs to see an orthodontics.

Dr. Ball is not an orthodontist I would recommend. Sadly, he puts politics above patients. He has a sign in his office that reads: “America was founded on Freedom of Choice. It is your choice to wear a mask.” Look I don’t care if people wears masks or not. To me, the language in this sign is political and just offensive. I don’t want to be preached at when visiting an orthodontist. Why he cannot hang a sign that says “masks optional” is beyond me. Saying “mask optional” is not offensive and is considerate to all customers - both right and left leaning. However, when I complained about the wording, the office just talked about veterans who died and said the language was to honor them and that the language would stay. What about his customers who lost relatives to covid? Does he not think that the heavily anti-mask and far right tone in the sign would alienate a portions of his customer base or trigger mental distress in some of them? After months of election drama, mask drama, and covid drama, the last place I want to see an overly political sign is the orthodontist. Please change your sign.

I had a great experience coming here for a consultation appointment. The staff was welcoming, the process was smooth and easy. They took scans and pictures, then Dr. Ball did an exam and walked through a proposed treatment plan. Dr. Ball was clearly knowledgeable and also very welcoming. I can tell it would be a great place to pursue treatment, even just based off a first visit.

Dr Ball and his staff have been wonderful and patient with us! They took the time to explain choices and treatment. They are always positive and willing to help and answer questions. They have removed the anxiety from what i was expecting to be a stressful process.Definitely recommend.

Everyone there was super sweet and knowledgeable. Krystal at the front desk was so helpful with any questions I had, Cynthia made it so easy for my daughter and I to understand, she told us step by step what was going to happen and answered any questions we had...and Dr. Ball!!! He was so amazing! He explained everything to my daughter and I in a way that we could understand exactly what he was doing and in some magic way made teeth extractions not sound so scary. My daughter felt comfortable and she understood everything. My daughter will begin treatment as soon as possible and so will my other children. They will be our orthodontist for life!

We have been very pleased with Dr. Ball and his staff. My son has been under Dr. Ball's care for 21 months now and we couldn't be happier with our choice. In addition to a getting a doctor we are very happy with, we were also pleased to find out the office is run like a well oiled machine. We are in and out for every appointment without ever having an extended wait in the waiting room. A great experience all around!

Dr Ball and his staff are not only incredibly skilled in orthodontics, but have the most caring and customer service-oriented team I have ever experienced! I have had 3 of my 4 family members in braces with Dr. Ball and he and his staff have been consistent, genuine and caring for over a decade. If you need orthodontia care, Dr Ball is the BEST!
