Space City Orthodontics - League City

Not really happy with the treatment after we started. I explained we chose Invisalign due to me not wanting my child to miss school for regular ortho appointments. They insisted on making you come in for an appointment to pick up new boxes after previously telling me that I could just swing by and pick up the aligners for my child. I drove to pick up my child and get her down there just to be told they want to shave her teeth down to make the aligners work and that is why they made her come in. This was even after I stated I did not want any type of procedure like that at the previous appointment. They lied and said they were moving the buttons to make her come in.

Omg where do I start?? This place is AMAZING!! Today was my first visit, and it already feels like home!! They young lady at the front was very pleasant.. Jasmine with imaging was the sweetest. My coordinator Ms.Vilma was soooo fun I just love her!! Dr. B was straight forward and answered ALL my questions. I even had pleasure of meeting Dr.Patel.. she was very sweet. My visit here was perfect and i am excited about my new Ortho family!

Very professional staff, excellent communication from staff to patients.Easy to schedule or reschedule appointments.My daughter had an excellent experience with her braces, and all her dental needs.

The ones who worked On my daughter One appointment. We’re very abrupt and called me back there within five minutes of my daughter going back saying “if your daughter doesn’t learn to brush better, we will And the treatment.” My daughter has had braces on And an expander in since August and we have paid a lot of money towards her dental work for them to just say they would stop treatment and take everything out. They said right in front of my daughter that she was lazy with her brushing, When my daughter does brush her teeth every day. She went out of the office crying and felt bad.

I am here with my son jeremiah gonzales . This is our first visit, the staff and receptionist and all that works here are a very powerful and joyful and very helpful and ... I recommend anyone and everyone to come here. They are very friendly and respectful. They are wonderful here. May God blessed this team to flourished in there job here...

Over all this place is amazing they work with your financial situation as best as they can. They can assist patient digitally and in person. The provide information and instructions and over all set their patients up for success. If you’re on the fence call them up give them a chat they do not make you feel bad if you want a simple consultation. Every single one of my techs even if it was for Invisalign or traditional braces have been extremely knowledgeable and kind when I ask questions or complete services on me. I love this place so far and hope you do too.

Our experience has been so pleasant. The doctors are great, but Marian really knows what she is doing!! She is so kind and she always takes her time. She is a perfectionist down to every little detail.I am grateful for her expertise as an orthodontic assistant. She made sure my kids’ smiles looked their absolute best!!!Ps! Docs…. If you haven’t given her a raise recently, you really should!

Edit: check the dates on the reviews, I reviewed before Dr. Bhagia joined Smile Doctors.This was my second go-round with braces, and Dr. Bhagia and his team were fantastic! Dr. Bhagia answered my questions with patience and made sure I understood before moving on to the next patient. Jennifer was excellent every single time! She was very good about letting me have breaks and access my chapstick during long appointments. Way to go Space Center Ortho!

Vilma Martinez the treatment coordinator for Smile Doctors was absolutely amazing! Both my boys had an appointment. I came totally unprepared my husbands dental insurance had changed and I was unaware of that! Vilma searched through the different company’s we thought it may have been while I was trying to get in touch with my husband to get the information. Our appointment definitely lasted longer then it should have. Her patience and kindness was very much appreciated. Thank you Vilma for all your help!
