Thank you for making this a comfortable and great experience for my children.. Our forever dentist from now on...Dr. Peramala and the Rdas were nice patient and quick! And the office manager was super sweet and friendly... She entertained my children and gave them coins for toys!! they got to be on the cavity free wall too😁Thanks again Gr8 Smiles

GR8 Smiles is our go to dentist for my boys, been coming here for several years, we've moved a bit further away but still take that drive when it's time. I live only minutes from Lubbock. We came today for a cleaning and saw a bunch of new smiling faces, everyone was so kind to us! It's always nice to feel welcome at any business and they do a GR8 job!

Rude! Couldn't figure out my insurance and I was never sent an ID card as it is separate from my medical. Despite being sent all information available to me in advance, they refused to make the necessary calls to verify anything. Rudely told me "we don't take HMOs", which is what my medical coverage is. I insisted their office was on the list when I looked up providers, but they wouldn't budge. I asked how much of I paid and was told about $500. Didn't mention the sign on their wall offering a plan through their office for $1 69 for a year. Left without getting any service

My daughter Daniella Hernandez likes to go there ; she says that the ladies there are very nice and do there job very well and they explain the procedures they r going to get done and always asking if I'm fine and if everything is ok all the time while my visit. So far so good clean place ,nice employees. The dentist came in and checked him out and decided she would do all three teeth that need major work and she would do it today ! I'm so happy ,I've been gave the run around for so long and in 10 minutes this lady decided shed fix it all ! Thank God and thank you Gr8 smiles!😁UPDATE..I CANT EVEN PUT INTO WORDS..the whole team there was amazing I've never left a dentist so happy in my life I had to drive 2 hrs to get there and 2 hrs back but I'd gladly make the trip to be at this office with these ladies ! She did the work (major work) in an HR tops and they look fabulous. Thank you so much you are the best of the best!

I love how the staff are so caring here at great smiles in levelland... I have taken my kids to several different dentists in the past and didn't like the way they treated my kids and how ruff they where !!! great smiles in levelland treat my family like family .. great smiles is the only dental place I will take my family to !! Dr Puri is so gentle with my kids .. I like how he constantly asks questions to make kids feel comfortable and not be scared ! The staff is the best 😊.. and they are not rude like some receptionist are.. Lisa , and Gabi are always so sweet.. thank both of y'all for all y'all do .. I honestly think y'all need a raise tho .. and thank y'all for being so nice , caring , and gentle..If you need any dental work I highly recommend the great smiles in levelland tx ..thank youDr. Puri, lisa, Gabi and the other staff members who work hard at great smiles.God Bless... ❣️
