Dr. Bacigalupo performed a tooth extraction followed, several months later, with an implant. He explained prior to agreeing to the procedures what they would entail, and during the procedures, explained, in detail, what he was doing, as he was about to do it, what I would hear and what I might feel. With both procedures, there was no pain or discomfort during the procedures or after the numbing medication wore off and the swelling was completely gone within hours of each procedure.

Had to have a tooth removed with a very bad infection. My dentist sent me immediately to dr. Bacigalupo. His staff is friendly and helpful. He has a compassionate and warm bedside manner and is a very skilled surgeon. He made sure I felt no pain and has someone 24/7 available if you call post surgeryI would highly recommend him.

Dr. Bacigalupo was fantastic. His professionalism, skill and "chairside" manner was so comforting and caring. He explained procedure and what I should expect. During procedure he kept checking with me to make sure I was doing ok.. his assistant was informative and front desk was also very nice..after 36 hours I had minimal amount of pain and feel back to normal. I highly recommend.

I just don't have the right words to put to paper about this practice ESPECIALLY when it comes to my oral surgeon; Dr. Robert A. Bacigalupo. This guy is MAGICAL! ABSOLUTELY M-A-G-I-C-A-L !!!!!!!!!The warmest and nicest man you will ever meet in your life, both professionally and personally.I had an infection and a fractured tooth and when I tell you in 3 minutes it was out, I am not lying. It took longer to fill out the paper work and get numb then it did to pull out the tooth.Forget the tooth...Dr. Bacigalupo's warm and friendly persona will make you want to go to the oral surgeon every day just so you can be around a real humanitarian. When I tell you this was the best experience ever in my life, I mean it.No one should ever have to go to and oral surgeon but if you do, Dr. Robert A. Bacigalupo is the most beautiful soul I've ever have met!!!!Go see him now!!!

I just had a biopsy done by Dr. B on Friday.... I have nothing but good things to say. Dr. B and the entire staff is professional and VERY responsive. Dr. B's bedside manner is amazing. He takes time to listen. He is a busy guy but you don't get the rushed vibe at all. He will take time to listen. I have to go back but the 2 times I have been here, I can say for sure......this staff is really top rate. I would definetly recommend them

I am writing this message only 3 hours since leaving my wisdom teeth extraction. I haven't had a better experience than here at LEOS Levittown. From the moment I walked in, the receptionist (so sorry I didn't get your name!) was so friendly, calming, and organized. Veronica (sorry not sure of your title- RN, PCA, LPN, dental assistant? I suck haha, sorry!) first brought me back to take x-rays and explained what she was doing and why a 2nd x-ray would be taken as well. I was then brought into the room where Veronica went over some history with me and did vital signs, mentioned the options of sedation for the extraction...I felt very calm and safe with the fact I knew what would be done. Besides being very thorough, she was very sweet! The surgeon Dr. Bacigalupo then came into the room with such a friendly demeanor. He has my x-rays pulled up and explained very easily if each tooth needed to be extracted and why. I felt very safe and a part of the process. Once we agreed on all 3 being removed, he explained what would be happening for the remainder of the visit. Billing came in, very nice lady of course!... she came in with the bill of service- what would be done and what would be owed. I do appreciate them coming in to make sure all the billing would be covered, call me naive, but I do believe they cared.... they didn't want a patient to be blindsided with a bill, yes it is a business and people need to be paid, but I do believe the employees here are good people not looking to screw anyone over. Veronica then came in set me up for the sedation then the doctor came back in and did the IV himself, which is very rare, I liked how involved he wanted to be/how he wanted this procedure to run perfectly. The IV was in and before I knew it, I was awake and feeling pretty good! A little loopy and numb, but I was kept in safe hands in another room with a bed where the doctor came back in and explained the post-op plan. I was also given paper instructions. 3 1/2 hours since the extraction and I am feeling pretty good! I took an advil 3 hours ago and have been icing on and off every 20 minutes, but I do think this will be an easy recovery thanks to the team at LEOS. I highly highly recommend LEOS Levittown.

I came in with an impacted wisdom tooth; the staff and Doctor Robert Bacigalupo were terrific. Throughout the process, he explained each step and asked me if I was doing okay. I can't imagine how hard it is to extract a stubborn tooth that was hiding in my lower jaw, along with checking in to see if I was doing okay. He made the complicated process seem seamless. The whole team genuinely cared and explained the post-care needed for the tooth. Growing up, I didn't have a good experience with dentists because most of them completed a protocol, but this doctor puts patient comfort first along with his excellent skill set to help his patients. Thank you, and I will recommend you guys to family and friends.

I had a referral from my dentist for a tooth extraction and delayed the procedure fearing the pain; however, when I finally had it done, there was none. A little discomfort but no pain. Dr Jurman and staff were amazing. There was constant communication throughout the procedure and during the office visit. A really well run office with top notch professionals.

My dentist, Dr. Rolnick of North Bellmore Dental Associates referred me to the Oral and Implant Surgery Center of Levittown. I was able to go there straight from my dentist’s office.I was impressed with the office staff and their professionalism.I was able to see Dr. Bacigalupo immediately.I had never had an implant before and he explained all the steps involved. He told me that I would feel a little pinch when he administered the Novocain and was very gentle in administering it. Dr. Bacigalupo also explained the process of removing the tooth and the sounds I would hear. He also implanted bone graft.I was given an ice pack at the end to reduce swelling and an antibiotic to use at home.Overall I had an extremely positive experience with the Doctor and his Assistant.

Making my appointment with Leading Edge Oral Surgery was painless as the surgery itself. I called in July to have my consultation in August. When I came in, staff was friendly and accommodating. The office is pristine. The doctor (Dr. Rob Bacigalupo) was knowledgeable on the best course of action for my wisdom teeth. One tooth was close to a nerve, so I would need a coronectomy. Originally, I wanted to hold off on that tooth for later, but on the day-of surgery, I decided that while being under sedation, to also have the coronectomy. They were able to do so. Although I was nervous, the experience was calming through everyone there. It was the first time I was sedated and as the doctor suggested, it’s the most comfortable way to undergo this surgery. I woke up without pain and so far, the recovery has been tolerable. The office checked on me the following day with a phone call. The medication prescribed has been helping with the pain. I wished I had done this surgery sooner, but I’m glad I went with this office located in Levittown.
