During consultation, I was told my retainer will last me up to 4 years, but after few months they started cracking. I contacted the office and went thinking they gonna fix the problem, to my surprise I was told to pay the full price plus shipping, which sum up $420. In my previous visit, I overheard a lady complaining about her retainer being cracked so I know I'm not the only one having this issue. I didn't even wear it 1 years let alone 4 or 5 years. Just a reap off.

I had a great experience here at Buchart & Wachs! It was my first time here and everybody was very professional, very friendly, super accommodating, and welcoming. The orthodontist took time to hear why I was there and they even fit me into the schedule for a repair although I was not already on the schedule. They seemed very thoughtful about the entire thing and I could tell that they truly care about their work and their clients!! thank u!!

We’ve had a great experience here with my daughter’s Invisalign. We had a couple of consult appointments before she came in to get her trays, and everything was explained carefully and thoroughly. They had us schedule several appointments in advance, which was convenient. They have been friendly and professional and respectful of our time: we never have to wait more than a minute or so after checking in. Once, a rubber band connector fell off my daughter’s tooth, and they were able to get her right in to reapply it. My toddler also appreciates the movies they play in the waiting room, too. I would recommend this practice to anyone!

I had that absolute best experience here. I first came to Buchart Wachs for a TMJ issues I had after a car accident. I was having trouble opening my mouth enough to brush my teeth and and could not eat without extreme pain. They have completely fixed this issue. Then I proceeded with Invisalign and the results were amazing. The whole team was great a treated me so well throughout the entire process. I really cannot recommend this office enough. I send everyone I know to them! Drs. Buchart and Wachs are absolutely the best at what they do and they work meticulously to get the outcome that you want. Thank you all so much what you have done has been nothing short of life changing for me!

We have been extremely happy with the quality of care and the flexibility of scheduling. We have been to other orthodontists in town and feel so much more valued as patients/customers at Buchart+Wachs. Highly recommend.

I really wanted to love this staff and practice. The doctors are helpful and competent but I had to reschedule one appointment and couldn’t get another for almost a month. Additionally, I’ve had to call a few times to make certain I could get another appointment for the next month. It seems I’m not a big priority.

Both our kids have gone here with great success, 1 had braces & 1 had invisalign. Highly recommended!

Drs Buchart and Wachs did my adult braces and my daughters braces. We had a great experience! As a dentist I am absolutely more particular than anyone and this office is fantastic!!!! And they truly experts in both adult and childhood treatment! Cannot recommend highly enough!!!!

However, I understand they have been actively working on improvement and have noticed greater effort in communication and making my experience more comfortable since my original review, which I appreciate. I will continue to update my review throughout my treatment. I began my treatment at Buchart and Wachs at the beginning of December 2020. I am doing Invisalign treatment with a Carriere appliance (used to fix an overbite). I've paid half of my treatment costs thus far (have been paying extra in advance) and am extremely disappointed in my experience. I honestly have not had a single appointment here that I left feeling satisfied. TLDR; Overall, I am unhappy with the lack of consistency, lack of communication, and lack of professionalism for a treatment that costs over 5k. Red flag: machines are not consistently cleaned before and after use at consultation as the one they used for me was coated in someone else's earwax before I noticed it and they cleaned it. It is simply unacceptable.
