I'm thrilled to share my outstanding experience with Dr. Vincent Arpino and his exceptional team at Arpino Orthodontics in Libertyville, IL. I couldn't be happier with the results of my orthodontic treatment, and I wish I had embarked on this journey much earlier in life, despite various family and financial priorities that kept me from it.From my first appointment to my final check-up, Dr. Arpino and his staff displayed the utmost professionalism and competence. Their dedication to patient care is evident in every aspect of their practice. The expertise and attention to detail that Dr. Arpino brought to my treatment plan were truly remarkable. He took the time to explain the process, set realistic expectations, and answered all my questions, which put me at ease.The transformation in my smile is nothing short of astonishing. I can't help but smile more often and with newfound confidence. I’m an adult now, but I went to Dr. Arpino in 2004 for my braces and permanent retainers. Recently, my bottom permanent retained came unattached from one bottom tooth (first problem I had in almost 20 years). I live in Chicago, so I got it fixed at an orthodontist in the city. They fixed it so poorly it came unattached after one year! I decided it was time to make the trek to Dr. Arpino to get it fixed by a PRO!! He fixed it so fast!! It feels perfect and very secure. Dr. Arpino and his team are friendly, patient, kind and affordable. I can’t say enough great things!!!!

Dr. Arpino & his team is a lifesaver! I came from out of state for business here in Chicago and had an orthodontic emergency. Dr. Arpino was the most accommodating, thorough, and knowledgeable provider. He made me feel comfortable and extremely satisfied by the end of the visit. Hands down there is a clear reason for nothing short of stellar reviews. Dr. Arpino and his talented staff are simply the best. They make the difficult work seem effortless and the results are exceptional. I had a permanent retainer break, and Dr. Arpino went out of his way in between appointments to fix it. All my appointments were punctual and the staff truly do an amazing job making you feel at ease. I couldn’t be happier with my results and only wish that I had gone in sooner. I wouldn’t trust my teeth to any professionals other than Dr. Arpino and his amazing staff. Thank you Dr. Arpino!4 years later I came back to have a permanent retainer fixed and Dr. Arpino, Laura, and Stephanie were amazing at squeezing me in last minute to fix it. Dr. Arpino & staff are truly the gold standard of orthodontics practice in the north suburbs!

A HUGE shoutout to Dr. Arpino !! My bottom retainer broke and was cutting my tongue. I went in there bc I work at Mickey Finns and he’s right there. Came to find out that he took over my old orthodontists practice. I talked to the receptionist she said he didn’t have any openings for 5-6 weeks. I said ok I’ll call you if I can’t find anyone else. I left. No only a few minutes later I got a phone call asking me to come back and that Dr. A would take it out for me bc he felt bad!! Not only did he not charge me but my teeth feel better than ever!! Thank you so much for what you did for me! Karma is a thing and it worked out awesome for me. I highly recommend you go to him bc he didn’t have to do anything for me, a stranger. I’m so pleased you have no idea. Thanks again I will recommend you to everyone I know

Dr Arpino and his team are the best! They are excellent at what they do, but the things that really makes Dr Arpino’s office extraordinary are the attitudes of him and his employees and the general atmosphere of his office! It is a very relaxed environment and I can tel his staff genuinely love their jobs. Everyone is so kind and pleasant! From my original experience getting braces as a teenager almost ten years ago to fixing a broken permanent retainer now, I would never go to another orthodontist!PS: kids will love playing with the arcade games in the basement while they wait for their appointment! I used to look forward to going to the orthodontist so I could play the with them lol

A really experienced team! 12 years ago, I found this orthodontics office personable, professional, and knowledgeable in providing me with only the best applicable care to fix my crossbite! I recently came back for an appointment. A phone call to their office, the front desk remembered me and saw me on such short notice to ensure my teeth were properly taken care of. Each and every step along the braces process, Dr. Arpino made sure that progress was made with my teeth and the resulting smile still gets compliments! Highly recommend.

Dr. Arpino is amazing! I came to Arpino Orthodontics over 6 years ago for braces and the results were incredible. I still get compliments on my smile all the time! Dr. Arpino is an excellent orthodontist; he is extremely knowledgeable and truly cares about each and every one of his patients. Not to mention the fact that I recently came back into the office for a check in after 4 years and was still treated like I never left! Highly recommend this place.

I had my braces taken off in 2004, and 15 years later, they are still able to help me with the same love and care they always displayed. Due to natural wear and tear, my permanent retainer came loose. Was able to get this resolved easily and efficiently. Will send my own kids here if they ever need any type of tooth correction! Great place with a great business.
