At this clinic, they justify poor work by saying they don't know the people, and they even threaten you with extra charges for not responding to a message. Very few professionals, although that's not the word that truly identifies them.

It makes me feel bad, I've already been there, the girls answer reluctantly, they look at each other and see people as weirdos 😒 Today I called, I was asking a question which I imagine is one of the most common questions, they only answered yes and reluctantly, I asked them another question and they cut off the call... (Terrible customer service) 😒

I would love to thank Dr/T and the whole staff starting from the front desk to everyone in the back all of them took extra care of my daughter today in her sedation procedure and everything are just perfect and I would definitely recommend this office for everyone .

Dentist and staff is nice and friendly walked me through my son whole procedure. I recommend them to anybody half my son tooth was missing and now it looks like nothing happen. Thank you all very much he is so happy.

The girls in front are not very pleasant and they make a lot of emphasis on the fact that they will have to pay extra in case something happens with the patient's braces, instead of guaranteeing that the professional will do a good job and will use a good product and a good predefined in the treatment, what I want as a patient is to leave with the confidence that everything will be fine and that they offer me guarantees, since they are providing a service they are not doing me a favor to make me feel insecure, me as a patient or my daughter in this case We know perfectly well what our duties are, to pay on time, attend appointments and maintain good oral hygiene and everything the doctor orders, but we also have rights, rights to know from the mouth of a qualified professional what the treatment is all about. If they are going to say "look lady, you are going to have to pay extra every time the wires or something breaks" I can distrust that the products or the treatment itself is not reliable and it is a business to make it fail, in short my visit today was not entirely pleasant, but I left with the peace of mind that the doctor did take the time to talk to us, that speaks well of him.
