Made appointment, I told person on phone that I needed just a cleaning no exam or x-rays. She told me $100 for cleaning.Arrived early for appointment filled all paperwork out was called and taken to xray room. Told woman no xrays or exam just cleaning. She got manager and I told her the same thing! There is no law that requires for exam and x rays prior to a cleaning.

My first visit was great the wait is long but they adjusted my dentures and it's like a magical blessing! My teeth have not fit right when I first got them... thank you and your staff everyone is very sweet!

Literally every single tooth I've had fixed there has been complete crap....my wife had a bridge they grinded down to the metal....all of my root canals has been either drilled wrong and cracked down in my gums or not drilled all the way ...my mother in law has false teeth for the 4th time and they still don't fit. If I was you I'd find another dentist

Awful experience, just needed a filling refilled and needed X-rays, I told them I wasn’t pregnant but would still like the lead protector, I was told that I could go across to the family dollar and take a pregnancy test and show them a picture of it, I said even if the test is negative I want the protector! The lady told me I was putting her job at risk!!!!! Over me wanting to protect myself during an X-Ray??? I left and I will never be going back!

Beware of Expectations: My Frustrating Experience at Kreit Dental Clinic I have always spoken highly of Kreit Dental Clinic, but today I left feeling deeply upset and frustrated. I had an impression taken for my upper dentures almost two months ago. Finally, the day came when I was supposed to have some teeth extracted and leave with my new dentures. My appointment was scheduled for 11:30 am, and I arrived at 11 am. At noon, I asked about the delay, and they told me to wait another hour. I waited, and when they finally called me back, the denture technician said there had been an error. This was not the first time. It had happened to me before. I left the clinic extremely disappointed and frustrated because I thought I would finally have my new smile. Unfortunately, that was not the case. They have now rescheduled my appointment for January 6, 2025, which means I will spend Christmas and New Year without my front teeth. I started this process in October to make sure everything would be ready in time. I do not feel that they handled my case with the care and urgency that it required. The person who took my printout told me, "We are closing for Christmas, and the next available date is January 6th." How is that acceptable? I waited two months, only to be told that I have to wait another two MONTHS? WHAT THE HELL? This is the second time I have faced MISTAKES AND DELAYS with them. I trusted their services because my insurance pays well, and they also covered a significant portion of my out of pocket expenses. However, they did not meet my expectations or expedite the process to make up for their mistakes. If you are planning to use their services, please be cautious. Double check everything before your appointment to avoid unnecessary frustration. Mistakes happen, but this lack of sensitivity and failure to shorten the wait time for a paying client is unacceptable. I sincerely hope that they improve their turnaround times and attention to detail because no one should have to go through this twice.

Review of Great Dental - Areas for Improvement I have visited Great Dental for the second time, trusting in the commitment and quality that were promised. However, unfortunately, my experience has once again been frustrating. My greatest wish was to have my dental work completed in time for Christmas and New Year’s, but I have been let down again due to delays. I lead a very busy life, and traveling one hour each way is a significant effort I make with the hope of receiving efficient service. Sadly, this has not been the case so far. It is truly disheartening to deal with these setbacks, especially given the impact they have on my diet, daily routine, and even my work commitments. I would like to respectfully request that you consider the possibility of sending the materials directly to my home. This solution would significantly reduce the inconvenience and would demonstrate your care and attention to your clients. I hope this review is taken as an opportunity to improve your services, as I truly believe in Great Dental’s potential and hope to have a more positive experience in the future.
