Sacks Orthodontics

So it’s been a long 12 months since I began my braces journey. My primary dentist (steve cohen) advised me a long time ago that I needed braces but I kept procrastinating. Here I am under Dr. Sacks Orthodontics care. The staff is amazing they go out of their way to accommodate and the front desk is very good at communicating. I have to say my two favorite people are Kyle and Lady they have made this rough journey a walk in the park and Dr. Sack what a Guy! their hard work and dedication goes a long way, they put a smile in my face literally.Thank you all.

Dr. Sacks is amazing. He is not only an excellent orthodontist but he is kind and understanding. He always follows through on what he says and does a great job communicating with my children and with me. His staff goes above and beyond. They greet my family with a smile, answer all our questions and have a positive and welcoming attitude.

I would recommend Sacks Orthodontics to anyone looking for the best level of service and the best results. Dr Sacks as well as all of the staff are always so friendly, warm and welcoming. They go above and beyond. My teeth have been completely transformed and the process was almost too easy. The office is state of the art and very clean and impressive.I'd give them a hundred stars is I could.

I wanted to personally tell Dr. Sacks how happy I am with my son results you were off today, Jaden Height got his braces off and I cried happy tears. Keep up the excellent work you’re amazing. Sandy was very nice with J lengthy appointment. The front desk is always professional and attentive to patients questions and concerns. We are really happy with Jaden’s results. Great office and nice staff. Pam took really good care of me. I have very sensitive teeth yet she was gentle and let me know what she was doing next. She was very patient, dilligent, and simply wonderful. I highly recommend Sacks Ortho. Dr. Zoo is also amazing, very funny and super knowledgeable. I was worried but now feel assured that my teeth will look great after 20 months. The invisalign is barely noticeable and not at all uncomfortable. Great job Sacks! CHRISTINE is also amazing and went above and beyond to get an appointment for me . I wholeheartedly appreciate her exceptional customer service!

It's not easy as an adult to make the decision to go through orthodontic treatment and you made the entire process a breeze! I was in your office all the time for myson's appointments and eventually decided it was my turn to fix my bite that had shifted over the years. Best decision I made. AND my son just finished his treatment today and couldn't be happier! Thanks for making this mother doubly happy today!! There is no other person I would trust to treat my family's smile!

Amazing practice with incredible attention to detail. The staff is kind and efficient and im always met with a smile. Dr. Sacks is the best orthodontist around and his work is also truly a work of art. Make sure you say hi to Alba and Cleo, two of Dr. Sacks incredible team members. Cant say enough great things about this place. A++ experience.

Very rude with bad attitude, AVOID Dr Sacks if you might want to ask questions to understand the risk and benefits of treatment rather than blindly accepting everything. We had a very bad experience in a follow-up consultation visit (my kid is still a few years away from starting orthodontic treatments). During the visit, we are asked to do another panoramic x ray that we just had a year ago. Asking and understanding why it is still needed seems to trigger Dr Sacks and we are “suggested” to see a different orthodontist and we are forced to leave. The entire conversation is less than two minutes (not that I asked thousands of questions).

I went in for a consultation about using invisalign to help correct my underbite, and when i tell you i have NEVER been to a more modern, efficient, friendly, high-tech doctors office...i mean it! these people had their system down pat and truly gave me an amazing patient experience (which is very rare when you're in doctors offices). i'm excited to see my results when finished with my invisalign treatment, i trust them!

I had the most incredible experience with Dr. Sacks and his staff regarding my recent invisigalign treatment. From the first appointment they made me feel comfortable, answered all my questions and ensured I was well taken care of. During each follow up appointment the staff was friendly and efficient and took care of my needs quickly and competently. Dr. Sacks ensured that everything went smoothly during the entire course of treatment.
