First time visit! Fanny was a great hygienist. She took her time and removed some tough stains. She also saw my lip was a bit beat up and offered vaseline in case it would start to bleed. 10/10 care and cleaning

Absolutely loved my experience with Jackie, Shara, and Dr. Xu! Jackie did an amazing job navigating the complicated insurance process and Shara and Dr. Xu were very knowledgeable with their care and advice. This is a very patient centered office and the process from beginning to end was very smooth and professional. Highly recommend!

I visit this office for 5 years and I wasn’t satisfied with a service because of unprofessional dental care. Finally, I met dental hygienist Maria, who is really interested in her job and takes care of patients. Also, I like Sofia, who fixed mistake from the previous dentist.

Dr. Sofya and Shara are amazing! I had broken crown, and they immediate scheduled an appointment for me two weeks ago. I got my new crown today. It fits perfectly and looks fantastic!

Had a great experience as a new patient at this location. They took my insurance on the phone and I got an appointment the following week. When I arrived there was no wait and the dental assistant of Dr. Sophia (Shara? but I’m not sure if my phone autocorrected that) was friendly as well as the doctor. Dr. Sophia did my cleaning and numbed my gums prior to starting which i appreciated. Good bedside manner as well because she was checking in with me throughout the cleaning to make sure I was okay and also explained what she was going to do before doing it. Cleaning was smooth and appointment was seamless. They seem like a well organized and clean office. I really like that the front desk was on top of their stuff and knowledgeable and that the appointment ran on time. Will return for my 6 month cleaning.

I’m absolutely pumped about my new dentist office! Not only is it super convenient—right in the heart of Long Island City—but the team is an absolute dream! They made sure my insurance was all set and gave me quick and convenient appointments. So, I didn’t have to stress about a thing. They’re so efficient, you’ll think they have superpowers, and they make you feel like you’re lounging at a spa with your very own space heater (minus the massages, but hey, who needs 'em when your teeth are getting VIP treatment!
