I have always been afraid of dentists, but Dr. Dan, Vicky, and Jackie took away my fears and they are great! I had no pain and they were very caring. The office is beautiful and all of the staff is kind and patient. I have already recommended them to several people. Dr.Dan is a rock star!!!

I cannot say enough amazing things about Dr. Dan and the entire team! I’ve had a lifelong dental phobia, but Dr. Dan completely changed that for me. He’s not only incredibly skilled but also so patient and understanding. He stayed late to ensure my treatment was done perfectly and made me feel comfortable every step of the way. Dr. Dan even redid some work from a previous dentist, and the results were nothing short of beautiful. I finally have a smile I’m proud of, and it’s all thanks to him. The office manager, Jacqueline, was also such a pleasure to work with. She made everything seamless and manageable, from scheduling to explaining my treatment plan. The whole experience was stress-free and professional. If you’re looking for a dentist who truly cares and a team that treats you like family, look no further. I’m recommending Dr. Dan and this office to everyone I know!

I recently moved to Long Island City and was looking for a dental office that felt like the right fit. After checking out a few places, I still hadn’t found one that really clicked—until I walked into this office. From the moment I stepped in, Cathy at the front desk greeted me, and I immediately felt comfortable. Cathy is amazing! Even though I didn’t have dental insurance, she took the time to explain all the insurance options they accept and went over other payment plans to make everything more manageable. She was incredibly patient and kind, taking the time to explain everything clearly without rushing me. I’ve been to a few other dental offices in the area, but none of them were as helpful, friendly, or informative as she was. It's not every day you come across such great customer service, and I really appreciated how she went above and beyond to make me feel taken care of. I’m so glad I found this place and can’t recommend it enough—five stars all the way!

Best cleaning ever!! I had coffee while my son used their play area since I came super early with pain. Jessica my hygienist was so detailed to make sure I had good routine at home and taught me so much about my gum health all while being so gentle for my cleaning! I needed to get a root canal the same day and Dr.Dan stayed late for me until 8pm so my insurance could be used for 2024. This is how a dental visit should be, they care about you. My hygienist Luis and Jessica were amazing for my deep cleaning! Both were so thorough but gentle. Doctor Dan was amazing for my root and extraction on the same day and Doctor Nguyen to do my implant (at a discounted price since insurance doesnt cover anything nowadays) all in the same office highly reccomend them 10/10

My first impression of Queensboro Plaza Dental Care is that it is a clean, modern and beautiful clinic. The moment my husband and I entered the clinic, we were greeted by their friendly receptionist. The waiting area is very clean and has beautiful interiors. They also offer free coffee and drinks, which was a nice treat. I had a dental cleaning and check-up. The hygienist, dental assistant and dentist who saw me were very professional and thorough with their work. They took their time explaining about proper dental hygiene and answered all my questions patiently. Some observations though comparing to my experience visiting other dental clinics. During my cleaning, I was waiting to be asked to rinse or gargle. I did this after my cleaning was finished. In other dental offices that I visited, the hygienist will ask me to rinse my mouth often while cleaning is done. The hygienist did an excellent job though in my cleaning and explaining to me proper dental care. Overall, my experience was great.

This place is so clean and super modern. They have the latest and definitely most up to date technology as well. I feel well assured and taken care of. Dr. Nguyen is upfront and very transparent. They also take insurance. I'm covered by Aetna dental. I definitely recommend.

I always said I would follow Dr Dan wherever he went. Those words were put to the test. He's at a new location now but it's worth it for me to travel a little further to stay his patient. He's the best dentist I've ever had and I've had plenty. The icing on the cake is when my tooth broke right in front of him (due to medication I'm on) just as they were about to close and seeing the pain I was in not only did he and his staff stay late but they went out of their way to make sure I didn't feel bad about it. Who are we kidding, no one likes to stay late after work. I appreciate the kindness of the staff and Jacqueline can teach a class on customer service. I'm glad she transferred to this office as well. She's amazing!!!

My hygienist Jessica so considerate of my dental anxiety asked if I needed numbing gel since I have sensitive teeth, best dental cleaning. My doctor, was amazing. He stayed late so I can look good for my friends wedding! Highly recommend dr dan and this entire office! Thank you all!!

Genuine and kind people! I was visiting from California early this year when I experienced an excruciating tooth pain. I tried my luck and walked in this office. They were busy and fully booked. But the person in front (Faith?) was so sympathetic and did extra mile to help me. She explained how my insurance (Metlife) works and was so helpful all throughout. The technician was caring and motherly. And then Dr. Michael! He was kind and awesome. He explained everything in details. The extraction was quick. They are the best!
