Our family absolutely loves this orthodontic office! From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted by an amazing space that combines modern industrial design with a welcoming atmosphere. It smells fantastic, looks stunning, and is equipped with top-of-the-line technology that ensures every visit is comfortable and seamless. The front desk staff are wonderful—always friendly and accommodating. Whether it’s booking an appointment or making changes, they respond quickly, even via text, making the whole process effortless. The entire team is incredibly professional and warm. The main orthodontist is exceptional—taking time to personally connect with patients, explain every step of the process, and carefully monitor progress. Our son received early treatment with Invisalign, and the results are incredible! He now has the most beautiful smile, and we’ve received so many compliments. Best of all, he went through the entire experience without a single complaint. Sadly, we’re moving out of Long Island City, so we won’t be able to visit as often, but we’re hoping to continue coming when possible.
