I had an exceptional experience with Dr. Kovacs and his Hygienist Arlene! Dr. Kovacs's expertise and care during my wife's implant procedure were outstanding. Arlene's thorough and gentle cleaning left me impressed. They both took great care of our family. We highly recommend their services for their exceptional care and expertise. I visited Pinnacle Implants and Periodontics yesterday. I recently moved to this area and I was looking for a Periodontist to complete my dental implant treatment plan. From the moment I walked in the staff was so friendly and welcoming. Dr. Kovacs was amazing. He took so much time explaining everything. I could ask as many questions as I wanted without feeling rushed. I've been through the process before in Austin, but I have to say, I felt very at ease and I had no reservations about scheduling my surgery with Pinnacle Implants and Dr. Kovacs.

The doctor was late but taking care of another patient. I was cold. Will take my own blanket next time. Hand hurt from it being cold and they tried to warm it. Didn't see or talk to the doc. It was too rushed when he did arrive and too long waiting. Just one of those time a patient needed the doc more than I did. It was a new procedure for me so I was apprehensive. .Maybe I won't be in these shoes again. I am assuming everything went as it was supposed to.
