I had an exceptional experience with Dr. Kovacs and his Hygienist Arlene! Dr. Kovacs's expertise and care during my wife's implant procedure were outstanding. Arlene's thorough and gentle cleaning left me impressed. They both took great care of our family. We highly recommend their services for their exceptional care and expertise. Pinnacle Implants gives their patients superior service from implant to yearly checkup and gives good advice on how to keep them clean.Since my original review, I've had 3 teeth removed in preparation for two or more implants. I had IV sedation and experenced no pain, no bruising, no bleeding. I slept all night with two non script pain relievers.The anethesiologist was excellent and informative and the helper was also thoughtful, kind, quiet and didn't roll her eyes when i ask to get up after I was all hooked up.Two warnings - the surgercal room was cold as it should be. And try to get an early appointment as my husband was in angst over the getting the dogs in. (He was excellent as well!)

I visited Pinnacle Implants and Periodontics yesterday. I recently moved to this area and I was looking for a Periodontist to complete my dental implant treatment plan. From the moment I walked in the staff was so friendly and welcoming. Dr. Kovacs was amazing. He took so much time explaining everything. I could ask as many questions as I wanted without feeling rushed. I've been through the process before in Austin, but I have to say, I felt very at ease and I had no reservations about scheduling my surgery with Pinnacle Implants and Dr. Kovacs.

My experience today was exceptional. i was met by personnel who were both professional and caring. They exhibited great respect throughout the appointment, explaining exactly what their next action would be as work proceeded. This is NOT my first office visit, but be assured it will NOT be my last. Confidently Dr. Kovacs and staff alleviate any fear or misconceptions one might have about implants, which "talked me off the fence" in my decision to move forward. I had a gum graft. The day after I freaked out because my mouth did not feel right and I was afraid I had managed to mess up the graft. I texted Dr. Kovacs and he texted me back very quickly. He assured me that everything was fine, but I could come in if I wanted to have it checked. I went in, everything was fine. I appreciate that he did not scoff at my concern. Everyone in his office has been very supportive. Several days later I got a call from his office checking to see how I was doing and if I had any questions. I would highly recommend Pinnacle. They have been great.

I believe my first implant was installed by Pinnacle Implants about five years ago. From the time I became a patient the staff and the doctor that worked with me on preparing myself for the implant were impeccable. I had previously had an implant installed about twelve to fifteen years prior, and it finally failed. The work that was performed on my implant at Pinnacle Implants was superb in comparison to that prior implant. I have been seeing the doctor since then for a follow-up every year. They verify that my implant is still sturdy and in the proper position. Even in comparison to five years ago the staff has not deviated in their great service. Regardless of the new staff they still focus on making their patients comfortable. I would recommend this establishment to anyone, including my family.

I had a wisdom tooth extraction plus some fairly extensive periodontal work done on both sides of my mouth. I was super nervous. The Pinnacle team was great calming my fears. I am very skeptical about sedation or anesthesia but I had conscious sedation and I HIGHLY recommend it. I have only a few vague memories from the procedure, but for the most part I slept through the entire procedure.The staff at Pinnacle in Longview is terrific. Very professional, competent and comforting. Dr. Kovacs is the best. He has lots of experience, explained the procedure in detail and set me at ease. I HIGHLY recommend Pinnacle.

I have extreme dental anxiety, and I am completely comfortable at Pinnacle! Dr Kovacs and his staff are amazing! Top notch care, after care, and all around best service I’ve ever had in a dental facility, including front of house and financial staff (thank you Kendall!) Robyn is the very best hygienist as well and put me right at ease while cleaning my teeth. 10/10, will recommend to anyone!

This is a place where dentist are very nice, professional, and knowledgeable. If you are afraid of doctors or don't like them, you need to go to Pinnacle Implants. I strongly recommend it because I have experienced their excellent service and business.I recommend this office because there are few dentists who inspire confidence and peace of mind when it comes to working on your mouth. Here I can affirm that all the staff are very professional, highly educated and trained to help overcome any oral problem related to implants and periodontics. Another important thing is that there are Venezuelan and American professionals with very high qualifications.
