Dr. Darrel and Dr. Patrick not only are knowledgeable and equipped to handle even the most difficult of cases, but they also are very kind and friendly, making your children and you feel at ease. They, along with their wonderful staff, take genuine interest in your family. We loved going to Sherman & Briscoe! Everyone was always on time, we were able to get in and out and the staff is AWESOME! Even during the no power days back in late May/early June - our appointment was on-time as usual and they improvised to ensure we didn't miss our appointment or have to reschedule. And now, my son has beautiful straight teeth and smile! THANK YOU EVERYONE!

I had Dr. Mack as my orthodontist at UT school of dentistry and she was amazing! Everyone at the facility made me feel comfortable and at ease. Dr. Mack was always thorough and answered any questions I had. She was flexible and responsive, and really takes the time to get to know her patients. I have been happy with the progress and look forward to the final outcome at the end of the month. If you need an orthodontist I highly recommend Dr. Spencer Mack!

Can't say enough about the doctors and staff. Always friendly, welcoming and very accommodating to last minute schedule changes. Rochelle has been great to work with, I was very lucky to get her as my patient manager. All of the doctors are always thorough in explaining where you are in the treatment plan and make time to answer all of your questions. Even when the office is busy you never feel like they're rushing to get to the next patient. First class operation....

I would recommend this Ortho group to ANYONE!!! My family actually started seeing them back in the early 90's when they were a very small office with 2 doctors & paper charts. They have given my sister, myself, my mom, my nephew, my 2 nieces, and now my son a GREAT SMILE. LOL. I have watched the practice grow & improve beyond comparison to any other group around. They are friendly, knowledgable & always up to date with the latest technology.THEY ARE THE BEST ORTHODONTIST GROUP EVER!!!

If you are looking for braces for yourself or your child, this is the best Orthodontic office around. The office is fun and cares for all their patients. They offer tradition braces, clear braces, lingual braces and even Invisalign. They even travel to their satellite offices for patients living in Marshall, Gilmer, Kilgore and surrounding areas. I have worked for this practice for almost 30 years. I have seen many changes through out the years. We have changed locations, changed doctors through retirement, changed staff members and even changed our name a few times, but the one thing that has never changed is the quality of care we provide for our patients.
