I stopped going about two years ago because they recommended some procedures I wasn’t interested an in, and were being pushy about it. I felt it was a cash grab. Spoiler alert, my teeth are still fine.A few weeks ago I received a $50 bill in the mail even though I always paid at the end of my visit, and as mentioned, it’s been years since I’ve been there. A few weeks later it went to collections. This is very dishonest, and very much not appreciated.

It is now 3 years later and everything still stands. Have had work done and my husband and I get our cleanings done by hygienst there and are very pleased as well.We recommend Dr. Q and his office.We just moved to Florida about 10 months agoWe needed to find a dentist to get back into a routine this could be scary not knowing anyone to get recommendations. So I googled and Sweetwater Smiles came up and was close to home so I called made appointment was so pleased in every way from walking in the door to walking out of the door. Staff is pleasant and helpful and Dr. Quevedo is great put me at ease cause I was nervous. He is fabulous we are very happy and I would recommend him in a second.Thank you Dr. Quevedo and staff for making our first visit a good and comfortable one.

I always feel that Dr. Quevedo & his staff honestly care about my overall health. From his front desk, to his dental assistants, & to his wonderful hygienist.... everyone is friendly, caring, & professional.I didn't have dental insurance & appreciated the offerings of the Dentrite program along with the CareCredit to allow me to pay on my own terms & with a fair price.I am having a VERY difficult time right now due to an unusual diagnosis that has caused me to see not only Dr. Quevedo, but then an endodontist, a periodontist, & 2 different oral surgeons in the last few years. I have always taken good care of my dental health, but I just got the "luck of the draw" on a rare condition that is causing a lot of difficulties in providing relief. I now have insurance but it still doesn't pay for the expensive sleep apnea mouthpiece, but I put it on my Care Credit card which helps. And the office always fits me in quickly for any & all adjustments on this new mouthpiece. Hopefully this will now help me with my sleep apnea & snoring for my husband's sake!! Hahahaha!!!

Great Dentist. Not your come in lay down and let me rob you type. Went to another dentist in the area told me i needed thousands of dollars of work done. Go a second opinion from these guys and it was you have a couple of problems for about 20% of the cost. I had a crown replaced and didn't feel a thing... If you are a baby this is the place to go. They explain everything and take their time. So gentle I nearly fell asleep. I am actually looking forward to going back. :-)

Dr. Quevedo and his staff are terrific! From the moment I entered the door until I left, everyone was supportive and caring. Dr. Quevedo’s dental assistant were the first in a long time to make a temporary crown that stayed intact until the permanent one was ready. The dental hygienist was extremely thorough. I would highly recommend Sweetwater Smiles to anyone needing a dentist.

I would highly recommend Sweetwater Smiles to anyone who is looking for a great dentist! The staff is especially friendly and welcoming. They really take their time to hear my concerns and what I wanted to address during my visit. The dentist takes his time to explain everything in details so you know what problems you have (and why you have them), what needs to be fix, and how they will go about fixing any issues or concerns you may have. I went in for a simple cleaning and left with more knowledge than any other dental experience before. Thank you for a great experience!

My son recently had 7 cavities filled at Sweetwater Smiles. The staff and Dentist are great to work with. My son was worried about getting shots before the fillings.When the dentist started explaining what he was going to do, he introduced us to the laser he would be using in the place of shots to numb his gums. That eased my son’s fears and the fillings were completed without any discomfort or numbing.I would recommend this dentist to any age of patient. It was a great experience and outcome.

Dr. Quevedo is a walking wizard and his staff is exceptionally nice. The experience at Sweetwater Smiles is by far the best I have had in my life, which says alot because I have been to dentists in different states and countries. Their care and professionalism rivals that of the Italian dental experience I had years ago.This is a must see dentistry office that explains the "why" behind the "how". The patient can get a detailed understanding instead of a blanketed response, which is a crucial piece of importance to myself and many others. First of all, this is the only dentist in my area that hadan opening not once but twice for urgent care.Second, they are friendly and not too talkativeOriginally I didn't want to make them my primarybecause I was told that they only take one insuranceand I have dual insurance.Today the receptionist said "no problem, I'll submitthe balance to your secondary insurance"I also trust him, since he said the same thing as mytrusted dentist back in Cali. He also doesn't want towork on a tooth that can last longer, he's not aboutwasting money.I did not give 5 stars just because they've neverstarted on time, but that is a small price to pay.
