Typically, I refrain from leaving negative reviews, but I felt compelled to share my recent disappointing encounter with Dr. Saidian. During my visit regarding a broken filling and tooth pain, the doctor suggested extracting the tooth, accompanied by a rude remark implying negligence on my part. This felt unwarranted, given my longstanding dental challenges stemming from childhood and financial constraints. Moreover, his lack of thorough examination and apparent disdain left me feeling undervalued as a patient. Seeking a second opinion, another dentist offered a different perspective, indicating the tooth could be salvaged. Dr. Saidians’ misdiagnosis not only threatened unnecessary tooth extraction but also left me emotionally bruised and financially burdened. I sincerely hope others are spared such a disheartening experience.

I love these guys!Dr. Saidian and his team are AMAZING! 10/10 across the board!I had a peg lateral, which had been a major source of insecurity my whole life. I was finally ready to fix it this year so I went to Century City Smiles for a consultation.Dr. Saidian advised that we conducted a holistic review of my gums and teeth to ensure that there weren’t any medically necessary issues (and if there were to fix it) before we fixed the cosmetic issue.Well after a x-ray, it turned out I needed a deep cleaning of my gums. I had never had a deep cleaning before. I was nervous and quite frankly, a bit scared to get it. (They were going to poke needles, and drill into my gums you guys 😩).But there in came the dental hygienist, Pedro, to my rescue! Pedro LOVES his job. He made me feel like he cared about my gums and teeth more than I cared about them. Lol. He was patient, empathetic, kind, and hella good at his job. He walked me through every step of the process. We had two sessions for the deep cleaning. And I kid you not, Pedro managed to make the process pleasant and a great experience for me!The next step was for me to finally get my peg lateral fixed! 😁Dr. Saidian presented me with multiple options— from the most ideal to the least ideal. In the end we settled on a porcelain crown over my peg lateral. I have no idea what Dr. Saidian and his team (of all WOMEN) did behind the scenes, but I am so grateful for their incredible talent. After two additional seasons, they brought me the PERFECT tooth. My new tooth fit perfectly over my peg lateral, and it matched in form and in color with the rest of my surrounding teeth.I LOVE MY NEW TOOTH!This whole experience was worth every penny, and then some because for the first time in my life, I smile confidently without a single insecure thought about my peg lateral.Thank you Dr. Saidian, Pedro, and the incredible women at Century City Smiles who did this for me! 😁❤️😆

I would recommend this dentist to everyone. I’ve gotten all my procedures here. Invisalign, fillings, cleanings and more! They fixed my teeth from where other dentists did sloppy jobs. They give the best advice for the best health of my mouth. They helped me overcome all the anxiety I used to have from other dentist offices. Anytime I come into the office they treat me like family! I will never go anywhere after having Such a great experience with this office, and their entire staff! Not only am I super relaxed when I have to come here, but I feel confident with my smile and my overall hygiene has improved. 100/10!

I have an implant procedure. All of it has been wonderful. Staff, doctors, information is excellent. I was a bit scared of pain and length of procedure, but it was really fine. It all went smoothly and relatively quickly. It is the day after the procedure, and I have no pain or discomfort at all. I also really appreciate how warm and friendly everyone is in the office. Dr. Shawn and his team are the best. They provide great service and truly care. I first found out about the office through Groupon when I was getting my teeth whitened. At the time I was in between jobs and had Medi-cal, they were able to take me in and provide service after my initial visit. That is rare for an office, especially in this area. That's when I knew Dr. Shawn truly cares for the well-being of his patients. I have been coming here ever since. Go USC! Fight On!

The office staff and dental assistants were not only great but truly amazing. All are very professional and knowledgeable! Dr. Saidian is a very professional dentist, and is very nice and honest. His strong morals and values are very clear in his approach to dentistry. I was also impressed to find a dentist and dental assistant who are willing to provide advice and educate patients about oral health. Kathy, one of the dental assistants, and Dr. Saidian both offered me invaluable advice, especially since I am also interested in pursuing a career in the dental field.
