Downtown Dental is a great practice. Dr. Mungcal and his staff are very efficient and caring. They have been providing me and my family with top quality dental care for TMJ treatment, crowns, root canals and cleaning. Compassionate care is very important to me and they get top grades. My appointment today was no exception. Maria and the rest of the staff were wonderful to answer my questions and concerns about my future treatment plan. They are the best. I just had another appointment today with their new dental hygienist Jorge and he was fantastic. I love to give feedback, especially positive when it is so well deserved. He was very gentle and thorough and really helped put me at ease. I believe that Jorge is a great addition to the Downtown Dental team.

The office was spotless and equipped with the most high-tech machines, which made the process smooth and efficient. They took the time to address all my concerns and even fixed me up the same day. Highly recommend!

I'm absolutely terrified of the dentist and was starting to develop a gum issue after not going to the dentist for a long time... (over 10 years) All of the staff is very patient, gentle and understanding... I got a deep cleaning and immediately noticed a difference in my teeth. I still have a lot of work to get done but with this staff...I know I'm in good hands. I actually went to another dentist to compare the quotes and the other dentist quoted me double what Downtown Dental did. I really appreciate Tawny working with me on budgeting my dental health. (although Downtown Dental doesn't accept Medical/ or my insurance... The rates are very affordable and you can tell they really care about getting your dental health improved over profit. ) I have severe anxiety about the dentist and I am slowly overcoming that with the help of Downtown Dental.

After moving to the LA area, I had been searching for a new dental office and a friend recommended Downtown Dental. I’m so glad they did! Tahnee helped me get scheduled, and she made the process super easy, especially since they work with my PPO insurance. My cleaning with the hygienist Jorge was awesome—he was thorough and friendly. Dr. Hussain even managed to fit me in for a filling on the same day, and I was in and out in no time. I’m excited to continue my dental care with them. Plus, they validate parking, which is a huge bonus in the downtown area!

10/10! I had not been to the dentist in 3years. I was recommended by a previous patient which they also attend Downtown Dental. As I was recommended, I had a tooth emergency and it allowed me to become a full time patient. In the two follow up appointments, I had to have some cleaning and work done, that required needles. Not a fan of needles which came to the resolution from the doctors of using Nitrox to help ease my anxiety. If you hate or are not a fan of needles, trust me, Nitrox is going to be your friend and help with your cleaning. All the doctors and hygienists are constantly making sure you are ok and reassuring during your appointment. They made note on my future appointments to use Nitrox which allows me trust their ability in their expertise and continue being returning patient. If you see this review, the doctors and staff will know who to recommend for your appointment to make your transition a relaxed and safe procedure.
