Excellent service, they have been very accommodating, always responsive. It can be difficult to schedule appointments since so many patients are looking for the after school times but that's the nature of orthodontics.The technicians and orthodontists have had a great manner with my kid and made a difficult process manageable.

10/10 experience at Playa Vista Orthodontics. I came in with a mission to finish my Invisalign treatment in under a year and they delivered. I finished in 9 months and I am so pleased with the results from the treatment. It is an absolute delight from the time I walk in until the time I leave Playa Vista Orthodontics. Every single person on staff from Dr. Courtney to the receptionists are friendly and professional. Having been through orthodontics with my son years ago, its now my turn. I can tell you this is a wholly different experience - For the much better. I never feel like it is a factory every procedure is fully explained.

Dr. Ray and her awesome staff made my orthodontic journey a very pleasant and fun experience. Everyone in the office is very friendly, knowledgeable, and skilled at orthodontic care. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming and I actually enjoyed going to each visit. I’ve been a patient of Dr. Courtney Ray for about a year now and have trusted her and her wonderful staff from the very beginning. It also helps that my results have been great and visible. The facilities in Playa Vista Orthodontics are always clean and organized. The staff is kind and always communicates clearly. They’ve also done a great job with safety protocols surrounding Covid-19. I absolutely recommend this place.

I initially came to this office when it was Dr. Luther and his partner. This was way back in 2005! I never forgot how friendly the staff was. After I stopped wearing my retainer, I didn’t like how my smile looked so here I go round 2. The staff is extremely friendly, helpful, and it’s one of the reasons why I came back! I know the end results are so going to be worth it! Dr. Ray is a perfectionist which I love. And I hope this will be my last time straightening my teeth.

Very good first impression. Beautiful, clean office with amazing views. My daughter and I experienced a very professional and inviting energy. Savannah loved Dr. Ray and I appreciated how she broke everything down for me and answered any question I had. I am a 59 year old female with a very active life. Due to spaces between back teeth, I was losing bone. I needed my teeth straightened to keep by bone healthy. I "interviewed" 4 other orthodontists prior to choosing Dr. Ray. She is current, skilled, passionate, kind and dedicated. As are all of her staff. After less than a year we moved to Temecula. I stayed with Dr. Ray despite the commute because I believe that these types of relationships are important to keep up if you are thoroughly satisfied. I could not have chosen better!

I had such a wonderful experience today for my ortho consultation I can honestly say Dr Ray is phenomenal.. She is so thorough and helped me understand the we can accomplish the goal that I want, a great smile.. She also has an amazing office manager Aja who's also very helpful in explaining the treatment.
