Initially a first good consult, after driving another hour back for a second consult to pursue treatment vibes felt off, felt like the doctor did not want to take my case and she felt almost challenged by the questions I was asking. Felt like she developed an attitude and stormed off so quick leaving me with the coordinator for any further questions I had for the doctor.. I think most people go in here not knowing what they want and I came in here knowing the right things to ask and she was caught off guard. Treatment coordinator also failed to honor promo price after their other coordinator assured me I have ample time to think it over for a week before coming back with more questions. So be aware they will probably change that initial quote they give you, they also changed contract terms after sending it.. super shady. If you're a jaw surgery patient pre or post op i'd avoid this practice as I feel she does not possess the correct knowledge to treat such cases. She also is not in her westchester office all days of the week and splits time between two offices so there is a chance you will not be treated by her every appointment, but by a colleague which I felt was extremely strange.

Excellent service, they have been very accommodating, always responsive. It can be difficult to schedule appointments since so many patients are looking for the after school times but that's the nature of orthodontics.The technicians and orthodontists have had a great manner with my kid and made a difficult process manageable.

This is a very efficient and organized office. My only complaint is that I am not filled in after my child’s appointment as to what was done or how things are progressing. My child is called back at the beginning of her appointment and parents are asked to wait in the waiting room. This is totally fine, but I wish somebody would then come out to communicate how things are looking after her appointments! I generally have to ask to speak to somebody for some sort of recap. Otherwise great!

10/10 experience at Playa Vista Orthodontics. I came in with a mission to finish my Invisalign treatment in under a year and they delivered. I finished in 9 months and I am so pleased with the results from the treatment. I am a 59 year old female with a very active life. Due to spaces between back teeth, I was losing bone. I needed my teeth straightened to keep by bone healthy. I "interviewed" 4 other orthodontists prior to choosing Dr. Ray. She is current, skilled, passionate, kind and dedicated. As are all of her staff. After less than a year we moved to Temecula. I stayed with Dr. Ray despite the commute because I believe that these types of relationships are important to keep up if you are thoroughly satisfied. I could not have chosen better!

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Courtney Ray for about a year now and have trusted her and her wonderful staff from the very beginning. It also helps that my results have been great and visible. The facilities in Playa Vista Orthodontics are always clean and organized. The staff is kind and always communicates clearly. They’ve also done a great job with safety protocols surrounding Covid-19. I absolutely recommend this place.

I initially came to this office when it was Dr. Luther and his partner. This was way back in 2005! I never forgot how friendly the staff was. After I stopped wearing my retainer, I didn’t like how my smile looked so here I go round 2. The staff is extremely friendly, helpful, and it’s one of the reasons why I came back! I know the end results are so going to be worth it! Dr. Ray is a perfectionist which I love. And I hope this will be my last time straightening my teeth.

I had such a wonderful experience today for my ortho consultation I can honestly say Dr Ray is phenomenal.. She is so thorough and helped me understand the we can accomplish the goal that I want, a great smile.. She also has an amazing office manager Aja who's also very helpful in explaining the treatment.
