The front desk staff was able to accommodate a request for a revised appointment date and time within 12 hours of my request.The dental hygienist was friendly, efficient, competent, and knowledgeable. His rapport with the Dentist was highly professional and mutually respectful.This is an excellent office for periodontal work.

Require you to pay two week ahead in full to "secure the appointment". I offered to pay half or give a deposit to "secure my appointment", which they declined. Just not comfortable paying over $1400 up front before any services were received. The Dr and her assistant were very pleasant to work with. Just bad business (in my opinion) to require full payment of that amount two weeks ahead.

You’ll be in great hands at Perioimplant Associates. I was having some issues with my gums and crowns but Mike and Dr. Shearer have it stabilized until I can take the next step in getting it fixed. Mike does an excellent job at cleaning and is very considerate to the bad dental experiences I’ve had in the past that make me nervous in the chair. And Dr. Shearer is an absolute professional. She has such a calm and attentive demeanor that makes you feel at ease and confident in the care you are receiving.

I have been coming to PerioImplant for over 5 years and have never had an unpleasant visit. The staff and the doctors have all been pleasant and friendly to deal with. I tend to have very sensitive gums at times so when that is a problem, I feel they work hard at not making it a painful experience. This was especially true the at my last visit where the new hygienist (from California) was awesome! Thank you for the great care I'm receiving.

The girl who cleaned my teeth did a good job, she needs to work on her skills when she polishes your teeth at the end. She caught my upper lip with the polishing brush and made 2 sore spots on the inside of my upper lip, she would have done the same to my lower lip but I reached up and pulled my lower lip out of the way. She needs to be made aware of this. I don't remember her name, I think she's new.

Excellent office. Extremely professional. very well managed. I had a bit of a rough visit because of a missed appointment, (lots of tartar build up) just due to circumstances out of my control. Mike, my dental hygienist, foraged thru and got my teeth back to pristine shape despite me being a bit fussy. He is a God of teeth cleaning. Absolutely an excellent professional who can, and does handle it all. I am so blessed to have found this practice.

I have been a long-time client of PerioImplant Associates as they have been helping me keep my gum disease under control. Their technicians are very thorough, gentle and very easy to be around. The staff is always attentive and gets everything done correctly the first time. Oh yeah, the dentists are fantastic as well! Highly recommend them for all your dental needs!

Dr. Lusby and his staff are amazing! Everyone is super friendly and professional, including the front desk! Dr. Lusby and his assistants take time to answer all of your questions and do so in a manner that is easy to understand. No surprise billing charges (everything is discussed upfront). I cannot say enough about my expierence at this office. Everyone made a very unpleasant situation (an abcessed tooth cleaning and then later a gum graft) a pleasant one. I am so very happy I was referred to this office!

I have been a patient for approximately 5 years and the doctors and staff are the exceptional. Professional, talented with extraordinary proficiency in their field. The experience has been a testament on how procedures should be done. The expertise is paramount. I fully trust their judgement. If they ask what I would like to do I respond "What would you do if you were me?" Dr. Lusby has done my last procedure and he is great.Periodontics is a very specialized tangent of dentistry and these people are the unparalleled. My personal dentist Dr. Jester advised me to see Dr. Burton and Dr. Jester is an expert too. I am very fortunate. I live in Cincinnati and still drive because they are the best.Trust the experts.

At first I was unsure about this office and the staff, but on my second visit they greeted me by name, made me feel welcome and valued. Dr. Lusby took the time to talk with me and work through my anxiety issues with a procedure I had scheduled. I cannot say enough about the amazing level of care I received. 10/10 will definitely recommend this facility.
