Family Smiles of Lubbock

From a year ago to now, this dentistry has changed most of its staff, and therefore also changed its service. I left a bad review for my eight-year-old daughter, however, my husband made an appointment without me knowing, to the same location and to my surprise, the whole staff has flipped over. Dr. Joshua was the one that handled my husband’s procedure. From the very beginning he was very professional, and took the time to explain every detail to us. He was very informative and this made a huge difference in our experience. The day of the tooth extraction he conducted himself with the upmost professionalism, while adding a very personal touch to the experience. He has changed the way we see this dentistry and we will be back again.

Dr. Copeland was so incredibly nice and helpful. He explained everything so I knew what the problem & solution were... he made sure I understood the plan & reassured me that we were going to fix the problem!The ladies up front, the X-ray tech, & dental hygienists were all incredibly sweet & understanding /helpful...I would definitely recommend Family Smiles to anyone I know!

I was in a world of pain I went to family smiles and felt comfortable and not nervous like I normally do when I go into certain dentist office I was greeted with friendly faces they squeezed me in although I lived two hours away everyone was very caring and compassionate even the doctor I really appreciate these guys for helping me and giving me answers

We love coming to Family Smiles! The staff is wonderful every time! From front desk to the staff working on my children’s cleanings, we never have a bad experience. My three children ages 11, 7, and 4 all enjoy coming and never cry or dread the appointments. That is due largely in part to the excellent care and patience the dental team exhibits. We have been to other dental offices and have had difficult experiences, and finding this gold mine has been a blessing! Definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for a dental office home for their children! The prizes and cheering at the end of every appointment is an added perk the children always look forward to!

I went in after a horrible experience with Abbeville and the staff at Family Smiles made me feel very welcomed and at ease despite dental anxiety going in. They were very gentle with me, Dr. Raby was very kind and reassuring. Overall I would recommend this place to any one especially families and those with dental anxiety. Great visit!

i had my all 4 wisdom teeth removed here about 4 months ago and it went amazingly! i didn't feel a thing (iv sedation), and afterwards there was no pain either! they perscribed me some pain killers but i did not need to use them. the most annoying part was not being able to eat for a couple days. the surgeon answered all my questions before the procedure and made me feel at ease :)

Had a great experience at Family Smiles and my providers were Kenosha and Dr. Raby. Dr. Raby was extremely knowledgeable and passionate about giving dental advice to have the best care for my teeth. Very patient staff and Dr. Raby spent a lot of time making sure everything was good with my teeth. Kenosha did an amazing job cleaning my teeth, and she made it a very comfortable process. Highly recommend Family Smilesfor dentistry work.

Dr. Raby and Kenosha are kind and vibrant. I love their energy vibe the first time I met them. They did great work today on me and were so thoughtful while working on me. I’ve always been so scared to go to the dentist. Terrified is the way I would describe myself. Ever single staff member from the door to the chair were so welcoming and kind. Jessica in the front and especially the manager Marcy were attentive and understanding of my past dental experiences. When I reached the chair both Kennia and Dr. Peramala explained the procedure and took extra care for both my child and I. I’ve never been so tended to in all my experiences with a dentists office. I don’t have the words… SIMPLY AMAZING! Thank you so much to everyone at that office.

I cannot express the joy I have today after my children's appointments!! Dr. P and London were the absolute kindest people to my kids! Everyone here was so sweet! After having a bad experience last week at a different dentist, I was so relieved and overjoyed at the whole experience here at family smiles! Not only was the staff kind but the office itself was clean and sanitary. The work that they did was very professional and i was impressed by their timeliness. The environment here was so family oriented! They gave coins to the kids to get prizes out of the toy machine and then gave them all a crown when they left and announced their leaving, called them royals and the whole staffed clapped as they walked out! We all left with huge smiles on our faces! My heart is so happy after going here! Thank you to all who made this a memorable experience! I highly recommend this dentist and I will be telling all my friends and family!!
