My son loves coming here! The orthodontist & staff are very nice and professional. Very welcoming as soon as you walk in. My son also loves getting ice cream at the end of his appointments. We been coming here for about 1-2yrs now since my son broke his teeth and you wouldn’t even know they were ever broken. His teeth look amazing!! 100 % highly recommend coming here…

This is the best orthodontist ever!!! The front office staff have the best customer service, giving empathy and patience, not only to their clients but to others seeking information. While waiting on my son to finish his appt., I heard 2 different situations that seemed very stressful for the ladies in the front, but they handled everything with class, respect, and patience. What they didn't know, they took the time to find out, and they helped as best as they could without any attitude. They genuinely care about you. I used a different orthodontist for my older child, and they didn't show the same care or information. If you're looking for an orthodontist, this is the best place ever!! 10 stars 💫.

A few years ago I decided to take braces treatment in the City of Monterrey N.L. Max. and when I moved to the City of Lubbock, I was looking for some dental clinics to resume my treatment, so through the Facebook platform I found Farnsworth Family Orthodontics, I am currently at the end of my treatment and I wanted to express my sincere gratitude for their attention, their knowledge and professionalism, which has been 10/10 for the good results I have obtained, although at first it was a little difficult for me to be able to talk to the staff due to the simple fact of not speaking English, but fortunately they now have an assistant who is bilingual, who from the moment she helped me, has made me feel a little more comfortable when going to my monthly appointments.🙂Dear countrymen, if you are looking to start braces treatment, do not hesitate to go to the Farnsworth Family Orthodontics offices, I highly recommend them! 😉🤗

My family and I were visiting other family up here in Lubbock and my bottom permanent retainer had snapped from the cement! We called and were told we just needed to walk in. We were in and out in a matter of 20 minutes or less and got my retainer fixed! The ladies were so kind and made sure the new glue was comfortable. Thank you so much for saving my Christmas break!

We absolutely loved our experience at Farnsworth Family Ortho. We had zero wait time and Rebecca was a rock star. She was so helpful and made my kids feel at ease. Dr. Sorensen was so kind and patient with my son who has hearing loss. My daughter was a little nervous and the staff picked up that right away and helped her understand what would be happening and made her feel special. They made us feel like we were the only patients there and we were able to have an initial consult and braces on in the same visit. My 3 year old approved of the snacks and ice cream as well while she waited for her siblings.

We had an appointment for my stepdaughter (15). I was worried bringing my little ones (9, 8, &3) might be an issue, thankfully it wasn't. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. They explained everything and made sure we understood. During the appointment they let my stepdaughter know everything they were going to do before they did it so she was fully aware of the next steps. They let me know that they are a family friendly dentistry and that they have a freezer with ice cream/ice pops there for whenever the kids wanted some. And honestly with my 3 little ones that was a life saver. They gave all the kids a croc charms for their Crocs and gave her all the after care instructions she would need.

Our whole family is benefitting from Dr. Sorensen and the Farnsworth staff. We are always greeted in a friendly and welcoming manner and never wait more than a few minutes to be called back to be seen. From start to finish, Farnsworth Orthodontics is an easy experience. I highly recommend them for braces, Invisalign, or whatever your specific needs are!

Always a wonderful experience. The staff is incredibly sweet and accommodating. Minimal wait times every single time regardless of the time of day.Dr. Sorensen is fantastic; He displays great attention to detail, explains and answers any questions I may have wonderfully and is an overall joy to be around and conversate with. Super happy with my treatment so far and would highly recommend this facility!

I’m a 40 year old first time Ortho patient! My nerves were extremely high for the unexpected, but Dr. Farnsworth and his amazing team take great care of me! They welcome me in and put me at ease every time. For this to be my first experience they have the ability to set a peaceful tone each time I come in. The cost of treatment is affordable. I recommend them to any one young or older.
