My nine yr old son and I just left Dr.Robertson's office with BIG smiles!! I start with this statement as he was very anxious and upset about the thought of having to get braces. As we walked in, we were given a tour of their beautiful facility - complete with a beverage station, arcade game, and a super fun prize wheel. The staff was incredibly kind and informative.Dr. Robertson was very thorough on the plan for my son's treatment and explained everything in detail as I had a few questions. He took time with us, made small talk with my son and we never felt rushed - he honestly made us feel like the most important people in his office.I was nervous about the cost associated with such a detailed treatment plan and the options for payment were amazing. Not only is my son NOT nervous to get braces, he is PUMPED. I can't thank this practice enough for calming us both down and having the perfect plan in place for us.

They were recommended from a friend seemed really great in the first year and now that it’s been probably over 6 months he should have gotten his permanent retainer etc I called to ask for an ETA of getting them off. Front office seems scatter brained and I asked if I would get a call back later today with that ETA- response was “we’re pretty busy with a lot of new clients I’m not sure we can call you back today..” it’s been over 2 years … don’t tell your new clients treatment may take 15-18 months and please don’t schedule appointments with 60-75 day ranges… I get your business tactics is to ensure new clients are happy but don’t forget to see each client thru to the end. Everyone pays a lot of $ for their children’s teeth. Treat every client like you would if they’re “new”

We just got out of our consultation at Robertson Orthodontic with Amii and Dr. Robertson. We have been coming here for six or seven years now. I have put three children through braces/Invisalign plus myself. I moved during that time and I specifically drive 40 minutes just to return to this practice. Dr. Robertson has compassion and patience that you want in a doctor/dentist. He listens and answers questions without rushing. He’s very knowledgeable and a perfectionist. He makes sure your bite and smile are perfect. I would highly recommend Dr. Robertson and his office for your orthodontic meets.

We love Dr. Robertson and the whole staff at Robertson Orthodontics. It’s feels like family, everyone is so upbeat and positive. All my kids have had such a pleasant experience, even though getting braces isn’t the most pleasant thing. From prizes to games, they’ve done everything possible to make this fun for kids. Everyone here has been incredibly patient, and Dr. Robertson really gets to know kid and families. Couldn’t recommend it more!

Everyone who needs braces needs to schedule an appointment with DrRobertson. I absolutely love coming to Robertson Orthodontics. When you walk in you're immediately greeted by the wonderful soft scent of sandalwood, the lighting is not harsh at all, which makes it great for selfies 💁🏽‍♀️. The tv is always on and the contemporary furniture is welcoming, and inviting...very bussin bussin 😜 there's even two very retro game machines that I love playing on.The staff is also so courteous and they greet me by my nickname which makes me feel relaxed and it reduces some of the anxiety I feel (iykyk dentist/ortho visits are scary).The entire layout of the office is very easy to navigate and convenient in the event you're wearing crutches Further, the hygienists are all AWESOME 😎 🤩. They take such great pride in the work they do and their attitude when dealing with their patients is on point 💯. In addition, they are all extremely kind and take the time to ask me if there is anything that is bothering me. I even broke a bracket (sorry mom) and when I explained to them how it happened they giggled and said it was a piece of cake to fix. They always explain everything to me prior to them doing any necessary work (again to ease the anxiety and worries.I highly recommend Robertson Orthodontics to all of my friends and I cant wait to see how amazing 🤩 I will look once my braces come off. Thank you Dr. Robertson and Staff! I love you all!

Was recommend by my dentist to Dr. Robertson when I needed my retainer reattached. I was blown away by how amazing the staff was!! When my teeth unexpectedly shifted a month later, Dr. Robertson immediately went above and beyond remedying the problem. He and his staff made me feel like the most important patient, and genuinely cared about my entire experience.

Horrific experience and thank GOD we are finally done with this place! Beware, they have fake smiles and friendliness, they bribe parents and kids for their 'drawings' of you leave a positive review. Watch your bank account if you are set up with a payment plan, they will continue to swindle and scam you beyond any agreement you think you signed with them. Don't get fooled like we did!!

After “shopping around” for the best ortho, we went with Robertson because of the friendly staff as well as the docs.Our twins are both in the middle of the braces process and they have NEVER complained about any visit. Can you say “miracle” for parents of teens?We are so very happy we selected Roberstson and look forward to two beautiful smiles soon!

We are starting our third child’s orthodontic treatment with Dr Robertson. We started in 2019 with our first kiddo. She has now been out of braces for over a year. Kid 2 is in the midst of his treatment. We would have moved on to a new provider if we weren’t pleased with the experience and result. The staff is friendly and helpful. The convenience of the location to school is fantastic. We wouldn’t go anywhere else!

This office will steal your money, forge documents and the woman working in the billing dept is completely rude/unprofessional. This office forged my signature on a transfer form for Invisalign that I did not sign to cover their mistake. I signed a brand new Invisalign contract which I still have instead of a transfer fee because I was told my original case was closed. I broke both my feet and couldn’t walk or come in for a year and kept in contact with the office for the entire time. LRobertson orthodontics charged me for a full treatment then transferred my case instead so it was closed early. I only need 1 more month of treatment and am now being re-charged $5000 by my new provider. These people are complete crooks. My teeth are more crooked now than when I started. Save your money and go to a qualified professional.
