WHAT AN AWESOME EXCELLENT CALMING CARING PROFESSIONAL TEAM, DR. MARGARET AND IRINA. MY ONLY REGRET WAS THAT I TOOK SO LONG TO SEE A DENTIST. I SUFFER FROM ANXIETY AND HAD AN ANXIETY ATTACK WHILE IN THE CHAIR. BOTH , DR. MARGARET AND IRINA PAUSED THE WORK, PUT THEIR TOOLS DOWN AND BEGAN TO REASSURE ME THAT EVERYTHING WAS FINE, THAT THEY UNDERSTOOD MY FEELINGS OF ANXIETY, THAT WE COULD PAUSE UNTIL I FELT BETTER, THEY SUGGESTED THAT I TAKE DEEP BREATHS, AND THEY GAVE ME A STRESS BALL TO SQUEEZE ALL THE WHILE THEY TOUCHED MY SHOULDER SPEAKING VERY CALMLY TO ME STATING I WOULD BE OK. I WOULD NOT HAVE BEEN ABLE TO CONTINUE WITHOUT THEIR GENUINE CONCERN AND THEIR UNDERSTANDING. I WAS ABLE TO TAKE THOSE DEEP BREATHS AND THEY HELPED ME GET THROUGH THE ENTIRE PROCEDURE ASKING WAS I OKAY AND TELLING ME I WAS DOING WELL THE WHOLE TIME. DR. MARGARET AND IRINA ARE ANGELS. THE ENTIRE DENTAL PRACTICE FROM THE BEAUTIFUL HELPFUL LADIES AT THE FRONT DESK TO THE STAFF IN PASSING IN THE HALLWAY, EVERYONE I ENCOUNTERED SMILED PLEASANTLY AND WAS PROFESSIONAL. The staff was flexible and patient from the moment I first contacted them. It's been a pleasure to receive such excellent customer service with a smile! The doctor was pleasant and very detailed when explaining my current condition and the necessary steps for maintaining healthy teeth and gums. I will definitely be returning and look forward to having a healthy smile. Update: I've never had a root canal with no post-pain or discomfort. I don't know what Dr. Dayanayeva did differently, but I had no side effects. The team was thoughtful and ensured I understood the pre- and post-process. I would highly recommend this dental company and the staff.
