We had a great experience with my oldest daughter's braces. My youngest daughter's experience became a bit rocky, BUT the staff took the time to listen to my concerns and frustrations and addressed the problems. In my opinion, no business can always be great, so it's the businesses that strive to do better and show genuine concern for those they serve that really are the best businesses.

I had recently move to Georgia and the retainers I had from a previous orthodontist were all broken and gross. I was able to easily make an appointment to see if I could get new ones, even though I didn’t get braces from him. The process was really quick and easy, my new retainers came in within a week ( the wait time is usually 2-3weeks I believe) and the quality is sooo much better than my old ones. 10/10 would recommend.
