Going to see Dr. Carter and Dr. Iskaros is always a great experience, from the kind, friendly and welcoming staff to the providers who take their time to explain everything, making sure the patient is comfortable and the parent understands what is being done and why.It’s always a great experience, As a parent of three going to the dentist before was overwhelming and challenging at times, but since we started seeing Dr. Sara and Dr. Carter my kids no longer feel anxious prior to their dentist appt. They have felt comfortable and look forward to it now. The office itself is very children friendly and we can’t forget Callie, their certified dog who is very welcoming. We are very thankful for everyone at Carter smile LLC they are truly Amazing at what they do.

You would think that finding the right dentist for my oldest son who has cerebral palsy and my youngest son who is on the spectrum would be difficult, but we were extremely lucky to find Dr. Carter many years ago. She is kind, patient, thorough, and unbelievably knowledgeable about how to care for the most vulnerable children. I also appreciate how considerate and supportive she is with me. I've had dentists tell me that I could do a better job caring for my children's teeth. Not Dr. Carter. She shows me what I'm doing right. She supports my children's efforts in their self care as well. Thanks to her guidance, they have beautiful smiles!

Dr. Carter was amazing. My son is on the autism spectrum and struggles with sensory processing disorder. He cannot even tolerate a regular Dr. checkup. To say I was dreading a trip to the dentist is an understatement. Dr. Carter came in with such a calm demeanor and my immediately took to her. She took her time and gave him the space he needed to collect himself between different procedures. She used phrases my son could also understand such as, “I’m going to clean your back teeth and then you can do the iPad.” When he did get the iPad she calmly waited until he finished. It brought so much joy and comfort to this mom heart to know that there are good humans out there. I also would like to add that her office is gorgeous!

My son is on the spectrum and he was very afraid with the mention of going to his 1st dental visit. Dr.Carter and her assistant were awesome! Dr.Carter was gentle and made my son feel very comfortable. My son left there super happy and looking forward to his next visit. The staff was friendly and facility is bright , colorful and most of all clean! I will continue to visit Carter smiles with my son. They’re awesome!

Honestly the best dentist experience I could have hoped for my 1 year old daughter’s first dental visit. Every detail of the appointment from start to finish was designed to make her feel comfortable and safe at the dentist, so happy we found an amazing pediatric dentist close to our house! I wish they had dentists like this for adults!

Everyone at the office is friendly and caring and clearly loves to serve children. Best experience yet, and I've tried two other pediatric dentists. The receptionists are so kind and go out of their way to accommodate the schedules of patients and their families. The dental hygienists and Dr. Carter go above and beyond to make both children and parents comfortable and take time to explain everything they are doing and to give clear and simple advice to better at-home dental care. I am so happy we found our way to this office!Update: Had another visit today and thrilled as ever. Thank you for not just cleaning my children's teeth but teaching them better ways to clean their own teeth. The hygienists are always so sweet, kind, and patient. Thank you!

Dr Sarah is always so patient and gentle with my 3 year old son. I know I would be about to lose my patience way sooner than she does when he doesn’t cooperate haha. She persists with a playful demeanor until he lets her examine and even clean his teeth! It’s a challenge to get him to brush at home, and he still did great at carter smile.

My 3 year old son had a dentist appointment today and we love Dr. Carter and staff! The hygienist, Rachel, was incredibly patient, so kind, so caring and gentle with him. She let him see and feel each piece of equipment before using on him and made him feel so comfortable before doing anything. And Dr. Carter could not have been more efficient when checking his teeth, cleaning them and addressing concerns. I would recommend this office to anyone!

We had a wonderful experience at my son’s orthodontic consultation today with Dr. Carter. Everyone was so warm and welcoming and the office was beautiful. I appreciated that Dr. Carter and her assistants took their time with us and made sure we didn’t leave with any questions. Dr. Carter and her assistants were gentle and patient with an antsy 7 year old. I highly recommend Carter Smile!

Love love love this office!! My daughter has never liked the dentist or anything to do with her mouth - She no longer has braces, but had an amazing experience with Dr Carter through the entire process!! She loves going for her cleanings and wears her retainer all the time bc she doesn’t want to disappoint Dr Carter!! :) lol not bc of her dad & me .. lol She just loves going for her appointments and loves the office & staff!
