I came in today for examine and X-ray everything was perfect as far as my wait time, comfortability etc. the X-ray tech was super kind and funny the dentist stopped by to check in as they were getting my images together and when she came in for my official exam she was so calm and very attentive to the point and comforting. I do have work to do with my teeth but I didn’t feel rushed or embarrassed the receptionist was a charm how can I forget her! She came in to explain the proposed treatment and fees and was patient with my questions I would definitely give a 10/10 would recommend!!!

I really thought I found a great dental office and left on a good note. But I’ve been wait for a prescription to be sent to my pharmacy for a week now. I’ve called and sent texts messages. They did call me back on Friday, I missed the call but called back but I guess they were gone for the day. But you would think they would just call in the prescription since they prescribed it to me. I’m not sure if it’s because I didn’t schedule anything future appointments as to they referred me out and they don’t do same day cleanings or cleaning on Fridays when I’m most flexible, so I had to go back to my job to look at my schedule. If that’s the case that very unprofessional and neglectful. Now I have to go to urgent care because the pain has spread to my ear.

Great Staff but Questionable! visited this dental office after seeing their positive TikTok video. I value transparency in healthcare, looking for a clean office and good care. The entry ambiance was nice, but the examination room felt dingy and cheap.The staff and the doctor were friendly, but they pushed for a $300 deep cleaning, which seemed unnecessary. Trusting my gut, I sought a second opinion.I found Illume Dental Studio in Baldwin Park, and it was amazing. The ambiance felt like a spa, and the team was informative. Plus, they had an adorable office dog! The second opinion confirmed I didn't need a deep cleaning.I'm glad I got a second opinion. Illume Dental Studio's care was excellent, and my insurance covered everything, unlike here where they wanted to charge $300. Always know your benefits before agreeing to procedures.

This was an amazing experience! When I walked in the building. The smell was incredibly amazing, The receptionist greeted me and signed me in right away!I, was given a tour of the facility which is beautiful by the way…The waiting area was very calm and warming.. When IWalked in the back room my name was on the screen (welcoming me ) & I was asked what type of music I wanted to listen to or if there was any thing that I wanted to watch on TV… I was given a blanket because i was cold, which was very soft “ definitely felt like home”Dr. Jackie is amazing and very knowledgeable!! I’m so ready to see my transformation. Every one was great. Definitely a 10 out of 10.BOOK NOW

After having such an awful experience with my previous Dentist, I was done with all Dentist. But then I met Dr. Jackie, it was like having a life changing moment! When you go to her office you are not just another patient, normally I feel anxious and uncomfortable when I am at the dentist, but Dr. Jackie and her staff go out of their way to make you feel at ease, I would definitely recommend her (I already have started) to Everyone I know, she is kind, patient, a great listener, and most importantly she gets the job done WELL.

It's shameful. I haven't been to the dentist in a decade. As expected, I began to have some issues. I received two references from colleagues concerning the great customer service and shame-free environment. My colleagues were right. I had my first appointment with Dr. Jackie at Smile Oasis. She was very thorough with her analysis and the plan for my dental health. I was able to decide what I was comfortable with for the plan and when we would start. There was even a someone who sat with me to discuss payment options before I received service. I decided my plan, I was able to receive financing for my plan, and I started today. Dr. Jackie checked on me throughout the process. Making sure I was fine and comfortable. I am very happy with the service I received and I'm glad to have found Dr. Jackie.

Finally got dental insurance and immediately scheduled an overdue cleaning at Smile Oasis (great ratings and in-network). I have a long history of periodontal disease. Had complete periodontal surgery 30+ years ago, followed with 10+ years of deep scaling, antibiotic treatments, etc, under the care of a periodontist. Finally had enough of the intense treatments and decided to go forward with quarterly periodontal cleanings at the regular dentist office for the past 20 years. Two years ago I lost all health & dental insurance coverage and most of my income, and so only had one dental cleaning during that time period about six months ago. You can imagine how excited I was to have finally obtained insurance and have my teeth professionally cleaned! The appointment was easy to schedule, the staff was super friendly. The appt was scheduled at noon. Full face X-rays was taken, then the Dr. Jackie Pierre came in to take 3D x-rays. She displayed the x-ray on a screen and went over all the work she felt was needed, then left the room and said someone else would be in. I was excited to finally get the scheduled cleaning underway. However, the next person that came in proceeded to review a long list of recommended work, that totaled $8,999.00. I was there for just a standard periodontal cleaning and let her know I was not in a position to purchase this work they are recommending. I asked if we could just proceed with the cleaning I was scheduled for. She left the room, when she returned she said no, they will not provide the dental cleaning I was scheduled for. You can imagine how disappointed I am. They are probably going to charge my insurance for this visit, which means I cannot go somewhere else and actually get the cleaning I need. I finally left there at 1:20 pm, without any dental care.

I found Smile oasis through Tik Tok and when I walked in I immediately knew it was going to be my dental home. It was very clean and the staff was very friendly and professional. I had my 2 year old with me and they kept her super entertained, they even allowed her to push the button on the x-ray machine so she can be involved. After the x-rays were taken, Dr. Jackie explained everything in so much detail and showed me the photos as she explained what I needed. She explained everything perfectly. I highly recommend, make that appointment!

So many dentists over the years, found this place and never looked back!Everyone here is so polite and friendly. Dr. Jackie is easily the best dentist I have ever had. She explains everything in depth, answers any questions you have and has no problems helping you understand the answer.The entire team is a very respectful and awesome bunch!

My dental experience with Dr. Jackie and her team was phenomenal! They made me feel like I was the only patient that they were caring for. My visit was very personalized with my name on the tv in the exam room, my favorite music playing and great conversation. Everyone was very welcoming, kind and professional. Dr. Jackie showed me that she had time for me and displayed such great communication throughout the visit. I could go on and on about the massage room, the decor, ambience, pumpkin aroma etc. I loved it all and I’ve already recommended her to a few of my friends and coworkers!
