Braces on Broad

Dr. Graves and Dr. Adam were great to work with explaining all my options to enhance my smile as well as what to expect with the Invisalign option I went with. Additionally, I have been taking my daughter to Braces On Broad over the past year and a half or so. The staff has always done amazing with setting her at ease at every visit with her braces.

Got us in for a wire repair and was able to combine an appointment so we didnt have to return the next dayAlways friendly quick and great with our girl

I am so glad i looked for a second opinion and found this place online.BEST place everrrrr!!! I will definitely be taking my children if need be in the near future. It is a plus to communicate via text rather than calling and waiting on the line. They are super fast and friendly. Went in for my consultation and the office staff was able to draft everything needed to get my braces on. Had braces put on by my 2nd visit (this is very rare in most cases). I will most definitely recommend Braces on Broad :) #TeamBoB

Extremely kind and caring Orthodontist and Staff. I brought my daughter here to finish treatment after having a terrible experience with a previous orthodontist. They were very reasonable in pricing and never rushed the process. They saw it through and she has a great smile as a result. They believed what she was sharing with them regarding broken brackets at her previous orthodontist and determined it was her bite that was causing the issue not anything she was doing wrong. They worked to quickly resolve the issues with bite blockers and we never had a broken bracket again. When we came in she had braces from the previous orthodontist, during the course of treatment they determined it would be best to move her into their braces so they could have more control over her treatment. They did not charge me extra for this. They honored the initial quote given. They are even diligent with any concerns that may arise after treatment. We just had a retainer check after more than a year and everything is still fitting well. They are amazing! Really great, professional team.

This is my son's orthodontist office, and I love them. They are clean, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient without feeling rushed or sacrificing on service. They always take the time to explain things to me or my son. Everyone who works here is very nice and more than competent, and it's well worth our 45 minute drive to go here.

If you’re not getting your braces done here, are you even getting braces?!?! The payment plan cannot be beat. I’ve looked all over and you won’t find a more kind, and upbeat staff anywhere. Getting adult braces can be a humiliating experience for some but they never made me feel bad about finally getting them done. 5 stars ALL AROUND!

I am reposting my review about Dr M and staff..My concerns were addressed and taken care of! I am pleased to say his office is Amazing!Now our other 2 kiddos are in braces and everything is “smooth sailing!”I highly recommend this Ortho Office!Their ❤️‘S are in the right place!

We've been very pleased with the Dr and staff. Everyone is very nice, always helpful and friendly. When we've had problems (very minor) they were able to see us right away, even staying late once.I highly recommend Dr. Machicek and iKids Orthodontics!
