There very racist to me and my daughter had no ideal that she was getting notifications that she had missed 3 appointments date's to see about getting braces and the male receptionist was so mean to me on the phone and. Said we weren't allowed to make a new appointment he had no ideal what had happened since last year didn't ask if our number has changed or anything

I recommend anyone interested in getting braces to go to brindle orthodontist! They are so good. I’ve had my braces for almost 4 years and not once have I been disappointed. They treat you amazing. Not to mention they have an arcade, a movie spot, and you can make coffee. So if anyone is looking to get braces brinley is the place to go!!

Seriously cannot say enough GREAT things about Brinley Orthodontics! Our son had a major event happen to him on yesterday while at practice where his tooth was knocked out of socket. Our school trainer reached out to Brinley to let them know what had taken place. Before I arrived to pick up my son from practice, the office was on the phone with me calling to ensure we were in route and wishing us a safe arrival. When we did arrive, the staff and doctor went right to work! Even staying after hours to be sure our son received the best care and the problem was resolved. I pray this VERY important game he has this weekend can be credited back to the amazing staff at Brinley for their dedication to their patients and extremely professional care they provided to our son. As a mom, I am so thankful that we have Brinley as our orthodontist. I don't believe the experience, or the exceptional care could have been received elsewhere. If you are looking for an amazing orthodontist for your family, look NO FURTHER than Brinley Orthodontics!!!

This place is absolutely the best dentist(orthodontist) office Ive ever been to or seen!! My son was injured in a serious accident involving his teeth and I was absolutely worried and just mortified on how I was gonna find him a orthodontist that took our insurance and was a good one. From the start Erin and Dr.Brinley was our saving grace!! They went above n beyond to help us and when I say help, I actually mean they went out of their way for us in more ways than one🙏 Erin is the most sweetest person who obviously cares about her work and her patients. She got us in very quickly after the emergency and has continued to be very helpful❤️Dr.Brinley has to be one of the best dentists ive ever meant(ive meant alot too😂), her bedside manner is very caring, thoughtful, easy to talk to and completely down to earth. She goes above n beyond for her patients! My son loves her! Everyone in that office is absolutely wonderful and they all are on it and care about what they do. I cant put into words how lucky we got going to her and how amazing theyve been. We will forever be grateful. THANK YOU A MILLION TIMES OVER FOR EVERYTHING 😉🙏🙏🙏🙏😘😘😘😘😘

The care was excellent. The staff are extremely friendly, kind, and patient. I had to take myself when my family was busy and I still felt safe. Obviously, braces are going to hurt, but they helped make the process much nicer than it could've been. The facility is super clean too, which is wonderful. I recommend coming here if you need braces. The experience was much more pleasant than I was expecting. They remembered what I had talked to them about at previous appointments and would ask about it again to see if things had changed. It was very nice.-Victoria Shepherd

I absolutely love love this office and the staff. They are simply the most lovable and friendly group of individuals. My experience with them has been nothing but superb from the beginning of my train track ride*braces* til now…the removal of my braces 😁 I’m done!The team made my 18 month ride so comfy and durable 😁 I recommend anybody that’s seeking an awesome smile plus appearance and experience please don’t hesitate to give Dr. Brinley and her crew a try! It’ll be well worth it I promise;) oh yeah…my after appearance gain me a toothpaste commercial with Colgate😉

Dr. Brinkley is Amazing, the staff is so sweet and kind. The office looks insanely beautiful and has only became better and better over time. Brinley Orthodontics has made my teeth look straighter and whiter over time. They are so flexible with schedules and times so it works great wherever whenever. All of Brinly orthodontics is the best overall.

My daughter and I have been coming to Dr. Brindley’s office for a couple of years. My teeth needed a lot of attention. Dr. Brinley and Dr. Kostelac were able to get my teeth straightened out and they look beautiful. My teeth started to shift after a year with no braces, which is very common. I called to get help with correcting them. Dr. Brinley was amazing and made sure to answer my questions and fit me with a different retainer. I noticed a difference in less than a week. Everyone in the office is so friendly! Brooke is one of my favorites !!Forever grateful for Everyone at Dr. Brinleys’s office! They have given me something to smile about 😁
