Dr. Kneller saved my life! I am forever indebted to Dr. Kneller. After four months of visiting doctor after doctor who turned me away and dismissed my pain and gave me the runaround, I was lost confused and thought I’d have to live the rest of my life in constant pain and torture from jaw, facial and trigeminal neuralgia episodes. Dr. Kneller not only heard and listened to me, but also helped me even though I had a tricky and difficult situation. He removed my tooth which had a hidden fracture and a botched root canal and poorly fitted crown. It was my first extraction ever and I was extremely nervous and anxious. Dr. Kneller and his assistant Monica kept me calm and comfortable the ENTIRE TIME. They were absolutely wonderful from beginning to end. I left without swelling or pain and all my pain prior to the surgery disappeared immediately post extraction. Dr. Jurman and his staff were all wonderful. Every step of the procedure was explained to me so that I knew what to expect and wasn’t nervous. They made sure I felt no pain and even called the evening after my procedure and also again the next day to make sure I was doing okay. I am always nervous when I have dental work done but Dr. Jurman made me feel comfortable and at ease. I highly recommend him and his staff if you need any oral surgery.

I’ve had implants done in the past by another surgeon. Because of those experiences I delayed this implant surgery several times. I finally went for it and I regret the delay. It was probably not smart to leave an impacted wisdom tooth in for so long? I can absolutely say it was smart to have Dr. Jurman take care of it for me. The office was clean and courteous. The office is clean and professional with equipment that is state of the art. The staff are friendly and explained the whole procedure (wisdom extraction) thoroughly. Yesterday March 26,2024 I had the good fortune to have been recommended to Leading Edge Oral Surgery by a well known and renowned figure in The Dental Community, Dr. Elvis Adamo of Huntington Bay Dental on Long Island New York.. Dr. Adamo referred me to Dr. David Jurman who took extremely good care of me. Being an 80 year old relic on differentmedications, blood thinners etc., Dr. Jurman really knows his stuff! I can’t remember ever getting a novocaine shot as pain free as what I experienced with him!! More importantly the procedure of having an implant put in and two extractions that went exceptionally smooth and expedient! His staff as well knew exactly what to do to make my stay there as comfortable as humanly possible. Having been to countless dental professionals in my 80 years on the planet I HIGHLY recommend Leading Edge Oral Surgeons to anyone in need of these services.

I can’t say enough good things about this practice. It was so easy to schedule an appointment and everyone was so kind. Dr. Kneller and Monica made me as comfortable as I could have possibly been during my wisdom tooth extraction. Even if you live far away, it is absolutely worth the drive to be cared for by this lovely group of people.

Dr. Rosenberg was absolutley amazing! I went in for what I thought was just going to be a consultation and walked out feeling like a million bucks after getting all 4 of my wisdom teeth taken out! I was in and out within an hour (was not put under due to health concerns). I can not stress enough how friendly ALL of the staff is from the kind woman on the phone, front desk, nurses/assistants as well as Dr. Rosenberg!My "post-op" instrustions were printed clearly and gone over with me in depth. I was sent home with ice packs as well as spare sterile gauze. Dr Rosenberg was sure to cover all of my bases with medications to go home with as will, which was such a weight off of my shoulders. They also assured me that they do have a doctor on call if anything major is to happen after I went home (the next day was easter and I was clearly in a panic) allowing me to be worry free. Again.... Most kind staff I have ever met!!!!The building is kept spotless and everything is cleaned as you are still in the room so you know anything you touch or is used on your mouth is clean/new
