My son is getting his braces done with Dr. Shah and I have been so pleased with how gentle and friendly he is with my kid. The entire team is very friendly and provide a relaxed atmosphere for the kids. They are very thorough with their work and I would highly recommend anyone that is looking for their kids’ orthodontic services to this team.

My son started his braces journey back in May of 2023. I have seen such an amazing transformation in him that it encouraged me to finally step up and get braces as well. It's something that I had wanted to do for many years and never did until now. All the staff are so welcoming. It's definitely a place I would and have recommended to others!!!!

I have referred 5 family members to this office. I loved the service in the beginning but the take off process disgust me. My daughter braces NEVER should have been removed. By her not wearing her rubber bands, her teeth are straight but the overbite is terrible (really bucked). I expressed this in July and asked why are they being removed, I was told she’s probably tired of wearing them. I was also told to wait until October (yesterday) and we would discuss adding a new set. The fill-in dentist for yesterday had no concern on fixing her issue and told her to just wear her retainer.I spent $5k on braces and I am VERY dissatisfied and she’s embarrassed to even show her teeth.

My son went here for his braces and the experience in the beginning was amazing. When it was time to get his retainer everything was still fine until it wasn’t ! My son picked to have his retainer permanently put in and it recently broke which is causing him to be unable to eat and have constant discomfort. The ortho stated he has to wait a week to be seen as if it is NOT AN EMERGENCY! #HighlyUpset

I will start by stating what I do like about this establishment. Appointment scheduling was simple and convenient. The aesthetics are pleasing and inviting. The overall hygiene was clean. My cons, however, relates to the character and professionalism of the orthodontist and some of the staff. I found that the orthodontist did not like me asking questions for my own understanding. I was condemned when I asked why I wasn't educated on the different retainers available. I was told everyone is educated, however, when I said I wasn't and that I wasn't given an option, I was immediately confronted with his ego and this became an issue of "trust" rather than an apology. I begin to let him know its not rather or not I trust you, its about not empowering me with education and allowing me to understand the reason behind your choice as my orthodontist. He clearly felt insulted. His ego was bruised.On another occasion, I called in to request a replacement of my retainer after it had broke. I was told that I could replace it since it hadn't been a full year and that I was due 1 FREE retainer replacement and I would have to bring in the broken retainer. I called the next day to confirm, I was told the same policy and I scheduled my appointment. After I came to my appointment I was given different information and I was told I would have to pay. I was then sent to the office manager who was rude and refused to give me a copy of the policy. I was told they don't have policies or anything in writing pertaining to replacing retainers. I was then told I couldn't meet with the orthodontist after being told I could. I was given the run around. I patiently waited and explained to the office manager that this situation is a lack of integrity. She started raising her voice and refusing to rectify the situation. Once the orthodontist came in, he immediately past judgement before listening because his ego was bruised earlier on. I respectfully explained what his staff confirmed to me and that I should not have to pay. He then begin to insult me and told me to never come back to his office again. I did get my replacement free of charge. I told him the feeling is mutual.Its unfortunate! You can have a degree and a business, but you can't by character! Pride comes before the FALL!

I love this place. I called because I was having pain and they took me right away. Everyone including the orthodontist is very nice and friendly. You just don’t see this type of customer service out here anymore. So it’s great to do business with a place like this. All 3 of my kids were serviced here. My last child is almost done. Then I will be the last to finish my treatment plan!! I recommend this place to everyone!

I had to bring my son in for a consultation and I must say I am impressed! The office was extremely clean and everyone was super welcoming! Dr. Shah was great! He made me and my son feel extremely comfortable and I felt he was super genuine. As a provider myself I'm always very observant from start to finish and it was refreshing to feel like he cared and wanted to spend time explaining things to us! I asked my son how he felt about Dr. Shah he said he was amazing! Lol when he finally does get braces this is certainly where I am coming!

My kids love MO. It’s clean, friendly, and fast. They explain everything and are very helpful. My daughter previously had braces from our dentist and was not happy with her teeth. We decided to go to Dr. Shah and it made a big difference in her smile. He is a professional and knows what he is doing and is not just doing it for monetary gain. I recommend this business 100%.

《 This is Heri, I got my braces On Thursday March 23rd they are very kind and loving people they explain everything well and they have no problem with any thing they walk you through everything you Need to know about the braces Dr Shah is very kind and loving would recommend a lot of people to go there 10/10 》《 Update I went back On June 14 for Tightening/Adjustment it was NOT painful I got a power chain for my front to teeth cause they have gaps and got new wires the girl who helped me is funny and very entertaining person to talk to she even shows my brother everything that she is doing and even Gave him CANDY she makes things more fun and way quicker Dr. Shah Demonstrates everything well and Explains everything and tells me what I am going to get next time I come back very quick they call you right away no need to wait for more than an hour. 》

This office don’t operate around children school schedule most appointments are before 3pm even during the school year…they lie about reminders/ orthodontist ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Staff ⭐️⭐️. I’m extremely disappointed with having my daughter braces staying on an additional year even though the was paid for in full…Team conveniently have no answers and don’t return calls
