I went to Dr Pastouk because my local dentist determined I had an infected root canal tooth. I knew the importance of properly cleaning out the infection so I wanted a biological dentist. The CT Cone beam scan here revealed my other root canal tooth was infected and had eaten through the bone to my sinus area. I had zero pain or sensitivity in my mouth. The estimated cost was a shock, but based upon all the work and compared to other bio dentists it was reasonable. Our dental insurance was out of network so didn’t not cover much. Thankfully they mentioned getting the Care Credit medical credit card so I could get the treatment up front and have a year to pay it off interest free. My first extraction and implant went smoothly. The second (side that ate through the bone) failed once. And I had some complications with the crown placement but I was a rare case. Dr Pastouk was careful and patient and made sure I was comfortable throughout the procedures. The staff is friendly and they got back with me promptly whenever I had a question or a problem with the one implant. I highly recommend Cleveland Center for Integrative Dentistry for extractions and dental implants. It is an investment in your health to properly treat infected root canal teeth. The biggest benefit was that my joint pain went away after getting those infected teeth out. I had no idea that was causing the issue.

Beautiful office, super clean and updated great front desk staff willing to help and knowledgeable. Dr. Pastouk is incredibly talented, educated, and accommodating. I get a cold sore every season and he squeezed me in same day for a CO2 laser treatment and I felt relief before I even left the office. His bedside manner is great, he is gentle and walks you through the process while educating me. Dr. Pastouk really made me feel at ease during the procedure. Huge relief to know him and someone I will definitely call if I need anything dental related in the future.

Wow! Talk about setting a new bar for Doctor arrogance. Not only is there no way to opt-out of all reminders (I am a mature adult, who does not need or want a slew of waste-my-time messages -- scheduled = in my calendar = I am there on-time), but this policy takes it one step further -- if you don't confirm, your appointment is cancelled! No thank you! I would much rather go to a REAL professional who respects my time and my diligence to be on time without wasting everyone's time. In this world of unnecessary, too much communication, this is a new level of disrespect. I will gladly find someone else.

Amazing, had a dental check up for the first time in many years, they were kind and thorough, and made sure to take time to explain everything and made sure I was comfortable. Then I had a cleaning, and a filling, both were done by very capable, knowledgeable people. Overall Great experience, would highly recommend. This offices approach to dentistry is more in alignment with what I was looking for.
