This place is amazing. PROFESSIONALISM at its finest. Starting with the front office staff, these ladies know what they are doing and are very, very friendly. The first visit we had they explained everything to a tee. I was very impressed with Dr. Freels and the way he explained everything before actually placing the braces on. The actual procedure took less than 20 min and the nurses were very friendly and thorough about explaining the procedure. I would highly recommend this office. 10/10

Dr Freels is so patient and understanding. He always makes sure you leave with a full understanding of the treatment plan. Clinic staff is always polite and kind. Appointments are quick, never have long wait times. Clinic is super clean and inviting. Love when they have games/giveaways! Such a great place to go to overall! Would 100% recommend!

Our family had a great experience with Dr. Freels and his staff. Dr Freels is very professional, cares for each patient, and makes sure that each smile is perfect. Dr. Freels is by far THE BEST orthodontist ever! Could not be any happier with the results. He is our family orthodontist, he treated my husband, our oldest daughter and myself and we always get compliments on our smiles. Our youngest daughter just finished her Phase 1 treatment today and our middle daughter is already scheduled start her treatment next week. Appointments are on time, little to no wait.
